Located on the Saint-Anne strip, this place is absolutely adorable! It's a small shop with bubble teas, and the freshest donuts. The owner is very sweet and gives great service. I thought it was really cool that she bakes the donuts and fills them to order if you choose a filled donut, she had custard, blueberry, lemon, raspberry and strawberry as an option. I tried the raspberry and blueberry filled donuts and both were really tasty. Besides the glazed donuts, I also tried the apple fritter and cinnamon twirl and everything was delicious. Given the current situation, there is a limit to how many people can enter at a time and the cash is set up with a plexiglass barrier.

I've visited a few times, and the service is always friendly, and it is never very busy. They have a good selection of donuts and if you buy 6 or more it is tax free, which is nice. The cool thing is that they fill the donuts fresh, so you can choose what filling you want, and they have quite a variety...my friend once had an odd combination of a chocolate covered donut filled with lemon curd. Weird, but at least you have the freedom to be creative. The donuts are good but not mindblowing. What I usually go for is when I have a bubbletea craving...it's nice to have a bubbletea place right here in ste anne (especially since boaboa cafe has left). They have several flavours and you can choose tapioca, popping boba, or coconut jelly. I had honeydew with coconut jelly this time. They don't use fresh milk, it's definitely creamer (which I'm not a huge fan of, but I'm also lactose intolerant haha). Also, there's quite a bit of ice (i forgot to ask them to reduce the ice) and it is pretty sweet (you can't adjust the sweetness, as far as I know). But overall it was tasty! And bonus, they use biodegradable cups!

They officially opened this week but kept it on the down low hush hush aha even I wasn't sure but I saw lights in the place with people inside while I was driving by. A little voice in my head screamed to check it out online and was happy they were available on Ubereats Ambiance*: Not really applicable as I ordered on UBerEats. Will definitely check it out soon in person. *Location* : location is wonderful. They are situated in the famous strip mall on de la Gare and it's pretty easy to find. *Service*: it's pretty new and they did screw up my order on Uber eats as I ordered two bubble teas and the driver only brought me one but then I told him One of my bubble tea item was missing so he promised he'd be back to bring me the second one and to my surprise he came back and brought me my second order so kudos to Uber eats and kudos to this new L2 for rectifying the situation in a jiffy. *Bubble Tea* : absolutely DEELICIOUS !!!! I tried their legendary Winter Melon and sea salt creme with extra tapioca ohhh maaah lordddd was it amazing. I am craving it right now I swear it's magically deeeeeeelicious! *Cost*: Very very Pricey but Its so good I had to! Plus supporting locally makes me feel better lol. It was around 7$+ 3.99 uber delivery fee so like 11$ For one Large bubble tea ..quite expensive. *Wait Times*: Super quick delivery maybe 15-20min till it got to my door and in my belly lol *Overall Star Rating* 5+ super great quality bubble tea it's delicious and I'll be a definite customer for life! Now that it's so close to home no need to drive hours dtown for a damn bubble tea

Had to wait a few minutes but no big deal. They are still working on training the staff and speed will come with experience. I did not stay long in the place as there were no space to sit. Took my bubble tea home and enjoyed it with my wife on the couch. We ordered our fav called winter melon with tapioca balls It had vanilla foam with caramel syrup with tapioca balls The only problem is that when it gone it's gone Will be a regular at the place but most likely for takeout

The Long Version: My husband and I stopped here for lunch on our most recent trip to Laval. They have a lunch combo for $12.50 for the banh mi of the day, a spring roll and a drink (bottle of water or a can of soda). You can upgrade your drink to a bubble tea for an additional $5. It was a Friday, so the banh mi of the day was the Traditional, which is essentially mixed cold cuts. We got a combo each. My husband got a bottle of water and I upgraded my drink to a bubble che (more on that later). You get a choice of a chicken spring roll or a vegetarian spring roll. We both chose the former. They bake their bread on-site and the bread is a legit banh mi baguette crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The banh mi was good, but the pork belly was sooooo fatty. I know some people like this, but I do not. I had to pick it out. It comes with different Vietnamese cold cuts including the one that is made of pork belly, pickled carrots, daikon radish and cucumbers as well as pâté, Vietnamese mayo (which is more like an aioli) and cilantro. We asked them to hold the cilantro, but they forgot. Not a big deal for us because it was easy to pick out. Just wastage on their part. Other than the fatty pork belly, I enjoyed the sandwich. The spring roll was hot and crispy and had ground chicken and vegetables in it. We chose sweet and sour dipping sauce, but there's the option for fish sauce as well. The bubble che is like a cross between bubble tea and the Vietnamese dessert che. It was chock-full of toppings which I loved. It had tapioca pearls, coconut jelly, grass jelly, red beans and toasted peanuts and coconut milk. It was really rich with a lot of different textures. I felt the amount of peanuts was excessive for my tastes and the crunchiness was bordering on weird. However, the toasted peanuts added this toasty smell to the drink which I oddly liked. I might request less peanuts next time. Definitely a drink for those already familiar with Vietnamese che or for the adventurous. I can see how it would not be to everyone's taste. Staff were courteous. There was a bit of a wait because they were very busy with orders, including lots of food delivery app orders. Sandwich makers wore gloves, which I appreciated. They also sell vermicelli or rice bowls and noodle soups. They have a small selection of imported Asian snacks, candies, ramen packages and bubble tea ingredients. They have an area to eat-in too. They are located in a small plaza and there is free parking in the plaza parking lot. Review #91 (2025)
