Located on the Saint-Anne strip, this place is absolutely adorable! It's a small shop with bubble teas, and the freshest donuts. The owner is very sweet and gives great service. I thought it was really cool that she bakes the donuts and fills them to order if you choose a filled donut, she had custard, blueberry, lemon, raspberry and strawberry as an option. I tried the raspberry and blueberry filled donuts and both were really tasty. Besides the glazed donuts, I also tried the apple fritter and cinnamon twirl and everything was delicious. Given the current situation, there is a limit to how many people can enter at a time and the cash is set up with a plexiglass barrier.

They have several flavours and you can choose tapioca, popping boba, or coconut jelly. I had honeydew with coconut jelly this time. They don't use fresh milk, it's definitely creamer (which I'm not a huge fan of, but I'm also lactose intolerant haha). Also, there's quite a bit of ice (i forgot to ask them to reduce the ice) and it is pretty sweet (you can't adjust the sweetness, as far as I know). But overall it was tasty! And bonus, they use biodegradable cups!

For cold, you have either regular or large and the large is really large! Tried this time the classic brown sugar. It was very good and really sugary. It was like drinking a hot chocolat with sugar syrup in it. There's a lot of choice, and so far I love everything I tried. I recommend coming here. They have a loyalty card, one for regular and one for large. After 10, the next one is free. You can add/change the bubble/toppings of your drink, they have about 10 different choice. The service is very fast, you wait less then 5 minutes for your order.

I've definitely had worse balls in my life but I've also definitely had better. Small colorful interior with just a few tables and some cute boba merch. I had a sip of my husband's milkshake and it was really tasty, super rich and creamy, and it was aesthetically pleasing as well. Service was easy-going, as I was a bit indecisive at first and then changed my order as the guy was punching it into the cash register (oops, sorry, hehe). He was super nice and if he was annoyed, he didn't show it at all. If I lived in Cornwall, I would be there all the time. They are close to the highway, so I think not only will every Cornwall trip I make involve a stop here, but any trips on the 401 eastbound from Ottawa will also involve a visit to Sip & Scoop, lol.
