Located on the Saint-Anne strip, this place is absolutely adorable! It's a small shop with bubble teas, and the freshest donuts. The owner is very sweet and gives great service. I thought it was really cool that she bakes the donuts and fills them to order if you choose a filled donut, she had custard, blueberry, lemon, raspberry and strawberry as an option. I tried the raspberry and blueberry filled donuts and both were really tasty. Besides the glazed donuts, I also tried the apple fritter and cinnamon twirl and everything was delicious. Given the current situation, there is a limit to how many people can enter at a time and the cash is set up with a plexiglass barrier.

Cute little donut/coffee/bubbletea shop in ste anne. It's family run, like many of the businesses…read morehere. I've visited a few times, and the service is always friendly, and it is never very busy. They have a good selection of donuts and if you buy 6 or more it is tax free, which is nice. The cool thing is that they fill the donuts fresh, so you can choose what filling you want, and they have quite a variety...my friend once had an odd combination of a chocolate covered donut filled with lemon curd. Weird, but at least you have the freedom to be creative. The donuts are good but not mindblowing. What I usually go for is when I have a bubbletea craving...it's nice to have a bubbletea place right here in ste anne (especially since boaboa cafe has left). They have several flavours and you can choose tapioca, popping boba, or coconut jelly. I had honeydew with coconut jelly this time. They don't use fresh milk, it's definitely creamer (which I'm not a huge fan of, but I'm also lactose intolerant haha). Also, there's quite a bit of ice (i forgot to ask them to reduce the ice) and it is pretty sweet (you can't adjust the sweetness, as far as I know). But overall it was tasty! And bonus, they use biodegradable cups!

Cornwall has a bubble tea place! And not only do they sell bubble tea, but they sell ice cream,…read moremilkshakes, cake slices, crepes (sweet and savoury) and quesadillas. Oh and did I mention that they sell unusual flavoured snacks like Banana Caramel KitKat, Root Beer flavoured Mike & Ike, and Birch Beer Crush?!? They also had Dr Pepper flavoured cotton candy. Mind blown! Lol. I was super tempted my their $1 a cone ice cream, but decided to stick with my original plan of getting some bubble tea. I went with the regular-sized Lychee Milk Tea ($4.99) and added Cherry Agar Pearls (an additional $1). My husband got a Mint Chocolate Milkshake ($6.99). So the freaky thing is that I totally forgot to tell the guy half sweet (my usual customization when I'm trying out a new place), but magically when I got my drink, the sticker said 50% sugar. Woah, he read my mind, lol. So the toppings list said "cherry tapioca" which intrigued me but when I got the drink, it was obviously agar/crystal pearls that were cherry flavoured. This was also a pleasant surprise because I love crystal boba/agar pearls and actually prefer them to tapioca pearls. I loved my drink. The lychee flavour wasn't too pronounced, but it was still tasty and not overly sweet. The agar pearls were chewy and delicious and the quantity was good. I had a sip of my husband's milkshake and it was really tasty, super rich and creamy, and it was aesthetically pleasing as well. Service was easy-going, as I was a bit indecisive at first and then changed my order as the guy was punching it into the cash register (oops, sorry, hehe). He was super nice and if he was annoyed, he didn't show it at all. If I lived in Cornwall, I would be there all the time. They are close to the highway, so I think not only will every Cornwall trip I make involve a stop here, but any trips on the 401 eastbound from Ottawa will also involve a visit to Sip & Scoop, lol. It's in a plaza with lots of free parking.

The drinks were good, but I was disappointed to see they had removed savoury foods and sandwiches from their menu. All in all, I enjoyed my visit.
