By far the best mobility scooter rental company in Las Vegas!…read more We were incredibly fortunate to find Redone Scooter Rentals after having a terrible experience and getting scammed by one of their competitors. We contacted Redone on very short notice, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They made sure we had two mobility scooters and truly helped make our time in Las Vegas comfortable, accessible, and memorable. The customer service was outstanding, and they genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Redone Scooter Rentals. Save yourself the frustration and don't waste your time with the others. These are the people you want to call! Thank you from Jason B. & Family!

There is NO shortage of mobility scooters places that pop up in a Yelp serarch. BUT Rather than pick the fancy, slick, marketing ad places / I deliberately picked a place that did repairs, rentals AND (get this - that are open more than two days /week) Yeah how do you run a business with a lot of completion around you like a lemonade stand on the corner - WTF I brought him my battery He confirmed it would take a charge Sold me a brand new, in the box, packaged replacement (which has more features than the mfg one) ******* Pay Attention ******* If you use Apple Maps - DONT - Just **** DONT **** It will send you REPEATEDLY 5 miles away to the Town Square Shopping Center !!!! use Google Maps !!!!.

My friend got injured on the first day of EDC (and still wanted to go the rest of the days), so I…read morescoured the Internet to see where I could rent wheelchairs in Vegas. One of the options I found was Cloud of Goods, and I was hesitant at first because of some of the recent negative reviews, but I realized most of them had to do with tardiness, so I could adjust accordingly. I placed the order on Saturday a little after 10 am and someone from 5 Scooters reached out to me to ask me when I wanted the wheelchair to be dropped off. I was slightly annoyed because I already put the time in the order, but I let them know the time, which was 6 (I believe they don't go past 7). The price for renting it from Saturday to Monday was $132, but if you book for a longer timeframe than your per-day cost would go down. They came close to my drop-off time with the wheelchair and needed a photo of my ID for their records. The wheelchair worked well and was easy to fold and fit in the car. I had gotten a manual one because I wasn't sure whether electronic ones would fit in the car. Since my pick-up date was Monday, they texted me Sunday night about the pick-up time (which was already in my order), and I told them 11 am. They came at about 11:40 am, so that was still pretty good time. Overall, I was grateful that I could make a same-day order and didn't have to wait too long for the pick-up and drop-off. The whole rental process was very convenient and worked out well with my schedule. I think I got lucky that the vendor I ended up with was 5 Scooters, so your experience will depend on what company ultimately fills your order.

I saw all sorts of leg trikes, motorized equipment, as well as medical supplies. Krystal looked up our transport chair up & saw that it is a purchase with a $14 copay. She informed us that it's a $500ish buy!! [NB : sina qua non* medical equipment is pricy] So I'm here because my dad's wheelchair aka transport chair is defective. Every time you pushed it, the top part of the frame buckled. And it's heavy. I could hardly lethargically lift it to the trunk of their Prius, & definitely not into my trunk that has a lip. But we were able to borrow a different, lighter version until the new transport chair comes in a week. A week later, I was informed by text to pick up the new, summery blue transport chair. As you can see below, it has rests for your feet so no dragging. Thank goodness it is lighter as it took all my torque & mighty heft to hoist the previous one into the trunk. This has a 30 day warranty so the clock is ticking!! So far, it's been excellent & a main stay to push dad to doctor's appointments, grocery stores, musical affairs, & his favorite las vegas buffets!! *indispensable, much needed

I have been waiting approximately three to four months for medical equipment ordered through the…read moreVA. Universal Mobility received most of the items but said they would not schedule delivery until the final item arrived. The biggest problem has been the complete lack of communication. I have called repeatedly, left multiple messages, and almost never receive an answer or a return call. Last month, I finally reached someone who blamed the issue on problems with their phone system and said it was being fixed. A month later, nothing has improved. The VA has now confirmed that Universal Mobility has all of my items and is supposed to contact me to arrange delivery. Interestingly, the VA can reach them at the same phone number without difficulty, but my calls continue to go unanswered and my messages are ignored. This equipment was ordered because it is medically necessary. Making a disabled veteran wait months while refusing to communicate is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on the delays, poor customer service, and lack of accountability.
