By far the best mobility scooter rental company in Las Vegas! We were incredibly fortunate to find Redone Scooter Rentals after having a terrible experience and getting scammed by one of their competitors. We contacted Redone on very short notice, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They made sure we had two mobility scooters and truly helped make our time in Las Vegas comfortable, accessible, and memorable. The customer service was outstanding, and they genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Redone Scooter Rentals. Save yourself the frustration and don't waste your time with the others. These are the people you want to call! Thank you from Jason B. & Family! read more

I rented two scooters in July 2026. Unfortunately, one of them would NOT keep a charge. I was stranded coming back from Freemont to Flamingo! It was a nightmare! Myself and aunt had to make multiple stops along the way to keep recharging. The next day I was contacted by Redone Scooters for a pickup. I told the gentlemen what happened. We spoke more in person during pickup. I explain to him what happened and the inconvenience it caused. He then offers a "free" rental on my next time. I said, great! Welp, that was far from the truth. I came back to Vegas in October 2026, prior to my arrival, I sent a message to Redone Scooter. They ignored my message and never contacted me. I will never do business again with them. I also had multiple people with me who wanted to rent after I sent message with no reply. They also will not use Redone Scooter. Do better Redone Scooter Van driver when offering a "free" rental just to make it sound good. Disappointed read more

****** HIGHLY, HIGHLY ***** Recommend Khalid AND His service We left San Diego without the charging cable for my mobility scooters battery (stupid me) So I started calling first thing at 8-9am. There is NO shortage of mobility scooters places that pop up in a Yelp serarch. BUT Rather than pick the fancy, slick, marketing ad places / I deliberately picked a place that did repairs, rentals AND (get this - that are open more than two days /week) Yeah how do you run a business with a lot of completion around you like a lemonade stand on the corner - WTF I brought him my battery He confirmed it would take a charge Sold me a brand new, in the box, packaged replacement (which has more features than the mfg one) ******* Pay Attention ******* If you use Apple Maps - DONT - Just **** DONT **** It will send you REPEATEDLY 5 miles away to the Town Square Shopping Center !!!! use Google Maps !!!!. read more

Great service and very easy drop-off and pick up. Fair pricing. Rented during holiday

Transaction was excellent from the phone to rental. Scooter worked great for our family member to enjoy visiting us and going to a few hotels. Would definitely use again! read more

Zack gave my wife a brief explanation on how to use and power the battery, no written material or website to refer to. She did not remember which plug to use for the battery, nonetheless she used the wrong portal and the scooter did not charge correctly ruining one day out. Zack came by and gave us a new battery and told my wife she was using the wrong portal. Elderly folks like us don't remember as well, asked for a $25 refund out of $175, nope no deal would not listen, sad! I just retired as a physical therapist after 46 years I would never use this place with the lack of instruction and mentality used here! read more

his company is amazing! I was in Vegas after recently having leg surgery. I brought my crutches and regular wheel chair but it was not working. I submitted the form online at 7:30pm requesting delivery by 8:30p the same night. I received a call in less then 5 minutes confirming the order and meet-up location at my hotel. I was shocked how fast it was delivered and the amazing service. My plans ended up changing with me needing to leave a night earlier than planned, but I did not know until 5pm. I contacted the company requesting a pickup within 90 minutes - and they were able to accommodate it. Just an overall awesome experience! Will recommend to anyone/everyone. read more

My wife has a permanent foot disability and a walking boot. Sometimes she can get around in the boot fine, but sometimes the pain is too much. We were in Vegas for the 1st time and visiting Area15 when her foot started hurting and we were going to have to cut our time short. I had done some previous research in case we had to rent a scooter, but now it was early evening and most of those rental places were closed, couldn't get us a scooter until the next day, or wouldn't deliver to where we were. I got someone on the phone at RedOne who was able to bring a 4-wheel scooter directly to us within 30 minutes, so we were able to continue our vacation without interruption. We ended up keeping the scooter for the rest of our trip and it made all our outings much easier and safer. They picked it up at our hotel the morning before we left for the airport. They were convenient, affordable, and just plain nice. It's not an exaggeration to say that they saved our trip. read more

The customer service person with whom I worked was very accommodating and helpful. The scooter was in great condition and reliable for my use (primarily the Raider-Cowboy football game). read more

Wow! Best customer service! So helpful in making recommendations to fit my mother's scooter needs. We were running late due to traffic's getting into Vegas and they adjusted drop off time. They dropped off and picked up from our Air B&B. Scooter great condition, no problems, and reasonable rate. Cheaper than Disneyland! I can't emphasize enough at how friendly they were! Thank you so much! Will definitely use again and recommend to others! read more

From start to finish. I called on a Friday and needed it the next day. They came through perfectly, on time. Caleet was very nice and he helped me get the payment to them before it was delivered since I wouldn't be there to pay for it. I plan on utilizing their services again very soon. read more

Very good experience. Even though RedOne cost a little bit more than one of the other highly rated scooter rental companies, we went with RedOne because they were able to pick up the scooter at 7:30 am so that we could make our flight. They always answered the phone and everybody we dealt with was very pleasant. Communication was very good and they delivered everything they said they would. The scooter itself (a three wheeled model) seemed new and in good shape. Its range was very good and we had no worries about the battery lasting as we explored The Strip. The scooter did have a couple of minor quirks though. It seemed that its full speed setting was governed a bit and it seemed a bit slower than other scooters we have rented. Also, at the highest setting the speed seemed to fluctuate a little bit and there seemed to be a slight delay when first accelerating at any speed. Finally, with the right arm of the seat in the up position there was a sharp piece of metal that actually caught my pant pocket and ripped it. Despite all this, we had a great experience with RedOne and highly recommend them. read more

Fantastic business to rent from! I use them on every Vegas visit. Zack has always been friendly, helpful and available if you should need anything. The scooters operate great and only once did one break down which can happen and Zack came right away with a replacement. Definitely do not hesitate to rent here, you're in responsible hands. read more

This was our 3rd time renting from RedOne. On trip #2 we were brought a dirty scooter. My wife cleaned it and was promised a brand new out of the box scooter the next time we rented. Trip #3, not only did we not get a brand new scooter, the one we got was not fully charged. We headed out for the day and the scooter ran down quickly. My wife was in the red while I still had almost 3/4 charge. Had to cut our outing short. They brought another scooter out the next morning, again not fully charged. We went inside to have breakfast and charge the scooter but they didn't include the charger! That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Called them to come and get both scooters. They promised a full refund...haven't see it yet. We found out our hotel rents scooters right on the property and much cheaper. Doing that from now on!!! read more

I highly recommend RedOne Scooters! My 80-year old cousin and I both ordered one for our recent visit to Vegas. They were totally a game changer for our trip! They were clean, easy to charge, easy to operate, plus the charge lasted for a long time! But let's talk about the service! My hotel recommended another company (one they have a contract with). I checked out the ratings/reviews for that company and was not thrilled with some of the comments I was seeing. I decided to do my own research! I was so impressed with the comments for RedOne - so decided to go with them! GREAT DECISION! The scooters were delivered on time and fully charged! When I asked to extend our time with the scooters - no problem! The cost for the additional time was very reasonable! However, what was so important to me was the immediate response I would get to my phone calls (an actual live person!) and my texts! If I ever had a question -- I could get an answer right away! Don't waste your time with other rentals! Go with RedOne! We certainly will the next time we are in Vegas! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you, RedOne, so much for making our time in Vegas so easy to get around the strip! read more

Rented scooters from scooterrentals.store and they were junk. called this number and they came right out with new scooters that helped us finish out the rest of our day (the other broken down scooters cost us half a day of sight seeing) then offered to pick them up late in the evening so that we wouldn't have to worry about them. highly recommend, would use them again read more

Very easy to work with. Rented a scooter for my Aunt. It was a little late for the drop off and they were forced to sit in the hotel lobby for some time, but the pick up went smoothly allowing them to get to the airport on time. read more

I have rented from RedOne twice now. The delivery is prompt and very well communicated. We got to my hotel about the same time, as arranged. Pickup was easy. I had an early morning flight and I was instructed to just leave with bell service. So, when I checked out, I left the scooter with the Bellagio bell desk. They told me they would handle it for me. I highly recommend this company!!! read more

Rented from RedOne. Very reasonably priced; outstanding service re pickup and drop off. Customer service is as much a part of their service model as the rental of scooters. My goto in the future. read more

Very terrible experience rather to say second one in Las Vegas. These guys will take in your information and use it later. Be careful don't sign a rental agreement, scooter wont arrive and your info will be taken. Charged us and never got a scooter. read more

Highly recommend! This company helped us out with a last minute (less than 24 hours) scooter request. They also delivered the scooter to the hotel the night before and left it at the bell desk for us because of road closures for the Rock and roll marathon on Las Vegas Blvd. They also picked up the scooter from us at the valet at our checkout time. It was such an easy transaction and really allowed my mom with mobility issues to have a wonderful time in Vegas. Thanks again!! read more

We used this company for a 3 day stay in Vegas. Superior customer service and friendly staff. We had an issue with one of the scooters (no fault of the company) and they came right away with a replacement. We were stopped a few times with people asking about the scooter. We recommended this company each time. Reasonable pricing. Call Zack. You won't be disappointed read more

Exceptional friendly service!!! Thought I could walk around Vegas with my cane.I had a mobility breakdown and was stranded on Freemont Street. Scooter was delivered to me on the spot in 20 minutes. Had it 3 days. Very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend these people any higher-5 stars!!! read more

Reserved a scooter at the last minute for my wife, for our overnight staycation at MGM Signature Suites. Asthma and scoliosis make it hard for her to keep up with me, and the Suites is a long walk from anything. I honestly didn't think they would br able to fill the request with only a few hours notice. After confirming via email, Zach from RedOne arrived, as scheduled, and even we even got an upgrade, no extra charge! Best $39 I've ever spent! If you're NOT 25 years old, but want to make the most of your Vegas trip, I highly recommend a mobility scooter. See more stuff & save yourself from sore feet! Next time, I'm renting TWO so that I can keep up with her! read more

Had a great experience with Red One! Khalid and Sala were friendly, polite, and easy to work with scheduling delivery and return. The scooter was in great condition and ran well. I used another place in Vegas 3 times in past years, but that other place started going downhill. I wasn't sure about Red One because they had fewer reviews, but all were great (or obvious the customer was unreasonable). We will definitely call on Red One again for future scooter rentals in Las Vegas. read more

This company delivered the scooter right to our hotel and picked it up. Their staff was very friendly and courteous. He showed my husband how to operate and breakdown the scooter so it would fit in the back of our car. When we had to change the pick up time, it was no problem. We would use them again! read more

The scooter itself was fine and I had no issue with it. The reason for the 3 stars is more due to the customer service with Zack (who I believe may be the owner). I needed the scooter for one day for an event at a park. I'm legally blind and because the park had a lot of dirt I wasn't comfortable walking around all day because my depth perception is bad and I would likely trip and fall. I stressed that my event started at 10am and I needed the scooter before then and asked to get it at the park at 9:45. I know getting into the park was difficult due to the number of people and cars, but when I called at 9:50 to get an ETA, Zack said he was about a 15 min drive away from the park (first bad sign). When he arrived at the park, he had a little difficulty finding my exact location since the park is so big and there were so many people and cars (this I understand so I wasn't annoyed about this). I sent him my coordinates to hopefully help him find me. He called a few times to try to get a better idea of where I was, so I tried to describe the area best as I could. I could tell he was getting frustrated at not being able to find me because at one point, he told me that I need to do a better job of describing exactly where I'm at and what is physically around me. I told him it was difficult for me to do so because of my visual impairment (which he was apologetic about). (I told him the event ended at 6pm and I started messaging around 4 to figure out the pick up logistics. He seemed very unaccommodating over our text messages, trying to get me to meet him out side of the park and across the busy street and asking to meet before the event ended at 6 because he wanted to avoid all the cars. A different employee ended up picking up the scooter from me at 5:45 at the same location as the drop off and the pick up was short and efficient. I'm the type of person who places more value in customer service over merchandise/product and I have to say I was disappointed with my overall experience. read more
