I've done laser, facial treatments, body treatments. All with real changes and amazing results. For the ones that love the details: I've had laser hair removal years ago at maderma. I saw results since the first treatment, although every skin is different, so results might vary; however, the treatment was done in a clean space with all the detail and care I needed. Full body hair removal can be intimidating, Dr Harb and darling Aester treated me like a princess and made not only confident but comfortable. After a few sessions, I was a happy hairless gal :) I now do the treatment once in a while to maintain results. Lately, I only need it once a year. After that experience, I was ready for facial treatments; hidrafacial is my to-go treatment. I swear by it! My mixed and sensitive skin gave me problems for years.. I can't wear makeup daily, I need the natural look, so this treatment is a must. The change in my skin is immediate, and I love it, especially after a trip or when the weather changes. Next is microneedling. This fixed major skin issues. Aging spots, wrinkles, and marionette lines. Dr Harb recommended this treatment, and the results were evident the very next day. I now glow like a star. I've had the same treatment in scars and stretch marks around my body, and the difference it made gave me the confidence boost I needed for a bikini again! I drove over 45 minutes for this appointment, only to be handed additional paperwork when I arrived that had never been mentioned beforehand. I was asked to provide my ethnicity and a copy of my driver's license before they would see me. None of this was discussed when I booked the appointment. Had I known in advance that this information would be required, I could have made an informed decision before making the drive. When I questioned why my race was necessary for what was supposed to be a simple facial -- not surgery -- I was told they "needed to know my race to determine my skin type." That explanation did not sit well with me. Skin type can be evaluated professionally without reducing it to race. Because I was uncomfortable with the additional undisclosed requirements, I chose to walk out. Transparency matters. If certain documents or demographic information are mandatory, that should be clearly communicated before taking a deposit and having clients travel significant distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated.
