I needed to find someone to make five cuts of boards since Home Depot (where I purchased the…read morelumber) wouldn't do it. Growth Ring Innovations was suggested to me. What a mistake! Just five cuts: two boards of 80" or less had to have a couple of inches ripped the entire length, and three boards simply had to be cut to the proper length (i.e. cross cut). Less than 10 minutes of work. I naively thought that they might not even charge me, but I was prepared to tip the worker $10. Total charge = $80!!! My mistake for not asking the price up front. Never again!

After the store closest to me closed I've used this location almost exclusively because even if it's a bit out of the way the service really makes the distance worth it. The associate Michael has even helped take heavier items to my vehicle; which he offered. Younger generations still have a few gems! Not to cast judgments but consider the area when you read some of these negative reviews...having been a service worker in food most complaints seem to be from the same kinds of customers who'd jerk me around for a bad tip.
