My small non-profit ordered a copier and received very poor customer service. Our salesperson was…read morevery helpful when we were ordering the machine, but several times during the 2 months we waited for the copier to arrive, stated she would call the next day and never did. When we finally got a hold of her she stated that her boss or apparently the owner told her she needed to make sales and not deliver the machine. When we contacted the owner, he answered the phone in a unprofessional manner and acted like he could careless so we canceled the order for not only the first machine we ordered but also the second machine we were planning on purchasing. When we asked why it was taking over two months to receive the Xerox machine, they stated it was being manufactured. We were able to purchase two HP copier/printers and had them within one week.

If you live in Golden, do not get anything delivered by FedEx. The drivers out of this "Station"…read moreregularly skip making deliveries that require signatures, saying you weren't there, so they don't have to get out of the truck. I stay awake for hours (I work graveyard) waiting to sign for my refrigerated medicine, just to get a text saying the delivery was attempted. I've been sitting 3 feet from the door for 4 hours waiting for it, then look out the window to see the driver driving away. No door tag, obviously, since no attempt is made. Multiple calls to complain to FedEx don't accomplish anything, and I can't use a different carrier because the only pharmacy that ships my medicine only uses FedEx. I've lived in Golden 8 months, in 8 deliveries, 5 have been listed as "attempted to deliver", no attempt was made any of those times. Twice on a Friday, causing my express refrigerated medicine to go bad over the weekend. If your having any kind of important medicine delivered, these FedEx drivers might just kill you. Stay away from this store, too. If this is the "Station" as the FedEx customer service states, maybe losing business over their drivers unreliability (Amazon THIRD PARTY drivers have never done this), will actually make them do something about it.
