And she explained what will be done and that's consultation. Me: (in my mind: are you for real?!) her explaining what will happen is NOT a consultation-- that's a practice done in all services. When you go get a massage, the massage therapist will tell you what's she's gonna do and what will You like. When you go to get your hair done, you're getting asked what you liked. In addition to this, is she a medical doctor to have consultation fee? I didn't get a meal plan or whatever. My husband is a doctor and even he was appalled. I told the front desk that they should have clients be aware of this at the start of the session instead of creeping it after. It left a distasteful first experience and the front desk was not even friendly. Up front tell people how much you really charge instead of sneaking it. Will I come back? Sure. It seems promising.
