After being burnt several times by useless recruiting agencies (you know who you are), I decided that I will try the next one down the list, with no expectations whatsoever. I worked primarily with Dave, and he was so caring and kind, and I finally felt I had my own cheerleader in this dreadful job hunting process. Within a week, he had 3 interviews lined up for me. Within 2.5 weeks, from first contact, I started my new job! I would've started sooner if it weren't for the holidays. They really follow-through, and when they say they're looking for openings for you, they mean it! Before every interview, I had a call with Dave to prep me for what's to come. I didn't even ask for it -- he just did it! They went above and beyond, and they continue to keep in touch with me to make sure all is good in the new place. I met several former Manning candidates in this job and other places I interviewed, and they all have nothing but amazing things to say, and it's no surprise there. I know at this point I am sounding like I get commission for endorsements lol, but the truth is, I was in a difficult spot, mentally, financially, and I would want anyone else in a similar situation to find the same help that I did.
