On a delivery, I drove by the Seven Grains sign on SR261 near Tallmadge Circle. I went off the clock immediately after the drop-off and scooted back. For me, gluten free is not a choice--- I have celiac disease. I spend most of my life politely declining dessert rather than explain. We get sick of hearing "it's only a little bit of gluten!" "I made it! Try it it's good!" If I could eat cake and bread without suffering, I gladly would. It's not personal: it's an autoimmune disease. Places like Seven Grains make life a happier ride. For me, the 5th star hinges on grab and go options.
