Here's a bright spot on the skyway. The line was practically out the door on a weekday morning. The staff was working quickly with smiles as things kept moving. I was pleased with the brew which was served quickly and provided self service to add Oat Milk. I only make it to the skyway once or twice a year and will look forward to my next visit later this year . read more

Located dt in the skyway - generally easy to find (by myburger) - limited hours & staffing. Stopped in on a Monday afternoon and there was only 1 person working. It was pretty busy for an afternoon. Drinks took awhile to come out. I ordered an iced vanilla matcha & iced caramel hazelnut latte. Overall the drinks were just ok. They have a smaller seating area but the building/skyway has a ton of seating options. read more

Vitality Roasters was okay--not bad, but not something I'd go out of my way for. I ordered an iced drink and felt a little let down. It lacked creaminess and tasted watered down, probably from the small ice melting quickly. The balance just wasn't there, and I found myself wishing it had more milk or richness to round it out. The space is nice and the service was friendly & knowledgeable, but the drink itself didn't quite hit the mark for me. Maybe I'll give it another shot and try something different next time. read more

I met a colleague here and so enjoyed it. I was worried when I found out it was in the skyway because both of us were driving in from outside the city. I found some on street parking a block away, through the door and up an escalator and I was there. The coffee was delicious. I chose my usually latte and it was artistic, creamy and oh, so hot. Perfection. There were several tables for work or conversation, although most were getting their cups to go. Staff was chatty and fun. Great stop. Love supporting these downtown businesses. read more

This coffee shop is pretty standard. It's nice that it's in the skyway and convenient for those who work close to it. I don't think it's the best coffee or tea I've ever had, but always nice to get a sweet treat there. The baristas are nice and there's a good amount of seating for a place its size. read more

First coffee stop in Minnesota ever!!!!! And this was a good one to start with! I got a small iced latte and requested less milk. It was good! Really could taste the strong coffee! I'd rate it like an 8/10 or 7.9/10! Would recommend if you're in the area. Service was good, both baristas there were helpful and kind. They have quite a large space with a good amount of seating. They had creative coffee options if you're feeling adventurous. I also love that they sell day old pastries. Their pastries are so good, we tried the chocolate espresso muffin. Next time I'm trying the red velvet cheesecake brownie. The service was fast and the barista was helpful when I asked her what coffee drinks she likes best. Parking is a bit tough in the area but we parked down the street and walked and it was just fine. read more

RUNNNNNNNNNNNN to this coffee spot. Wow- the coffee here is outstanding. I went to VR the entire time I was in Minnesota for work and was so very sad they were closed on the weekend. The quality of the coffee was absolutely superb. It was such a soul healing cup of coffee...The customer service was fantastic across the board. From recommendations from the barista to giving customers words of affirmations and checking in on the frequent coffee flyers. I love how the Baristas knew their customers and made an attempt to get to know those like myself coming in from out of town. What a hidden gem! I have been here a handful of times since returning back to the office last year and I must say that this is a great place to try! The coffee is great. The service is great. Everything is a 10/10 from me. The decor is fun to look at, it's convenient to get to from my office, I could go on and on. If you're looking for something that isn't one of the big two companies and want to support the little guy so to speak, this is the place to do it! Next up on my list is to try some of the food items they offer, I always seem to full when I swing by for a mid-afternoon coffee break. I also gave gift cards as gifts last holiday season and have heard rave reviews from all who have used them. Happy I can pass the word along so hopefully they are in the skyway for years to come considering many places have boarded up after the past few years! read more

The rare coffee shop for everyone. Cappuccinos, chai lattes, teas, but best of all, pour-over coffee. The downtown area, post-pandemic, is bereft of pour-overs. Believe me, I have searched. Since Peace vacated all 3 locations, Vitality is it. Vitality is the rare supplier of a great cuppa coffee, and it sits in the middle of the city. Skyway level, basically it's near Marquette between Sixth and Seventh streets, near the MyBurger. Great service - make certain you tip! The shop isn't large, but you can read a paper or knock out a spreadsheet while enjoying a tasty beverage. Love this place, so let's all stop by at least once and support Vitality. read more

Well, I finally made it back to downtown Minneapolis and had to go for a skyway adventure. It's pretty amazing how much the area has changed in the last couple of years, and I was thrilled to see new places popping up. Enter, Vitality Roasting. They're newer to the Skyway (the barista mentioned they've been open for the last 6 months) and smack dab in the middle of a few super busy walkways. I stopped in late afternoon, so they weren't too busy. I ordered their rosemary caramel latte and couldn't resist the baked cinnamon bread. The coffee was fantastic, and PSA their small size is still a double-shot of espresso. The cinnamon bread was tasty as well! For the area, and especially for a unique, non-chain coffee shop, this cannot be beat. It was all delicious, and I really loved the variety. Definitely worth stopping in! read more

Vitality Roasting is one of my favorite coffee shops in the Minneapolis skyway! I love their specialty lattes - they have interesting flavors while not being too sweet.
