The lady at the desk whose name is Robin was really kind and she gave me just like one paper to fell out and then like I can't even remember who gave me literally completely bedazzled crystal Swarovski pen if it was Sue, which I think it was was the lady that gave me a consult for another procedure I wanted after my Botox and then my Botox Nurse was named Nia and she was so delicate and she explained everything thoroughly even though I had Botox on a few times let me not lie a bunch of times in my life. She still took her time to explain everything, and she even put sunscreen on my face so delicately like on a baby butt because I told her I was gonna be in the sun cleaning my car and she just took so good care of me. I felt like I was being pampered both Sue and Nia explained where I needed Botox and what type of Botox either Korean or the other versions of it, and they just taught me different techniques that I didn't even hear of ever before which I thought was really cool because they both know they all look so young and useful and didn't have any wrinkles and they just look beautiful not to mention they're beautiful spa that was like a crusted and crystals everywhere and it was just so beautiful. I didn't even wanna sit on their chair because I go spray tanning and I didn't wanna get it dirty because it was like a beige color and it was like a fabric that would get dirty. I didn't wanna sit on it but anyway, I would go to this place forever and always from now on because they're not she they're so kind and she even went as far as to wave outside from the second floor when I was leaving to my car and said thank you so much for coming and I thought that was just so sweet of Sue to come outside and thank me for coming to her spa! I had no issues with parking even though there was no intended. The same day I called, their team was able to come right to our office in Santa Monica. Each of our team members was able to customize their own treatment, from Hydration to a Vitamin Boost, or Beauty, everyone was able to get exactly what they wanted! One of our team members was even afraid of needles, but their team was able to help her and make it a smooth and seamless process so that she was comfortable. The suction he used was soo painful--I told him multiple times that it felt like it was bruising my face. He kept saying it's fine. When I looked in the mirror after, I was horrified to see dark purple bruises all over my face. I now have to cancel an important interview and volunteer work because of how bad I look--this has cost me both time and money. Tony brushed it off, telling me "that's not even bruising" Also the lights were full brightness the whole time and the music playing kept playing ads. Not very relaxing. To make it worse, I called four times to report this and no one answered. I drove back to the spa and it was completely empty and the door was locked. This is unacceptable.
