Today, I'm back for my third session with Angel for the finishing touches. Angel is incredibly patient, gentle, and skilled. She gives the numbing cream plenty of time to work so I'm comfortable during treatment. Her hands are steady, and I haven't experienced any scarring. People have told me I look ten years younger without knowing what changed--but I know! Softening those dark eyebrows has made such a difference. Thank you, Angel and Andrew, for your wonderful care and for helping me feel so much happier with my appearance!

Plus this place is filthy and the machines are covered in dirt and dust, not sanitary !! I will be going somewhere else.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Vafaie took the time to really listen to my concerns, explain my treatment options in detail, and answer all of my questions without rushing me - she even was gracious enough to complete my keloid excision at the end of her work day, and was very gentle. I came in for treatment related to scarring and skin texture, and the level of care and precision was outstanding. Everything was explained clearly - from the procedure itself to aftercare - so I felt confident and well-prepared. I can already see a noticeable improvement in my skin.l, and my keloid is already flattened out nicely as I'm on the road to recovery. What stood out the most was how attentive and thorough the entire team was. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want the best outcomes, especially for something as stubborn as kp and a keloid. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate dermatologist!

Secondly, I waited nearly 20 mins after my appointment to be seen. I found it extremely rude because I could hear the other client and the sugarist laughing and conversing, they were clearly done with the appointment but seems like they were so deep in conversation. I felt like my time was not taken seriously and wish I had just left at that moment because it was a bad experience overall. Lastly, while I feel that my sugarist Queena did an ok job on the hair removal, I didn't appreciate the way she kept pushing the membership. Initially I was interested, but the incessant salesman pitch was ridiculous and swayed me away. The brazilian is supposed to be relaxing as possible given that it's already painful, and not full of anxiety and pressure. I totally understand that it is the sugarist's job to get people to sign up for the membership but continuously bringing it up after I said I wasn't sure was terrible. Once I just said no, she changed her demeanor entirely and became rude, I left with such a sour taste in my mouth. I definitely won't be coming back ever and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had scheduled this appointment the day prior on April 30 at around 9am. I got inside place at 2:35pm and had done the check in online. I waited and waited and waited. I walked around to see if there was somewhere I could check in to in person- nope. I even knocked on the door at around 2:55pm and was told it would be "just a minute." I scheduled this appointment at 2:45pm because I had things to get done after this and wanted to be out of there by 3:30. I was not taken into the appointment room until 3:15pm. My appointment then took half an hour and I left at 3:45pm. As kind and as well as the lady waxed me I think it was super unprofessional and unpleasant to be taken in thirty minutes past my appointment time. The wax itself was good and the quality of it was great but the timing was horrible honestly.

The worst of the worst. Beverly Hills is the same LaserAway office that sold me years ago on tons…read moreof "no expiration" packages to beat inflation etc., then later criticized me for not using my packages more timely and tried to rip me off, claiming I had nothing left in my account, and on top of that disrespectfully wasting my time by not providing me advance notice that my appointment had been canceled by them--- just a couple hours prior to the time of my appointment when I had already left for the day and was on my way; ironic, since they require 24 hrs advance notice from a client to cancel an appointment without penalty. I then sat around in the waiting room while Giau said she would look into it, only to then be told after waiting another half-hour that I wouldn't be able to be seen or have my issue looked into. Rather than take responsibility for their disorganization and unknowledeable personnel, they just point the finger from one employee to the next and send the client on a wild goose chase with no end. The manager TK claimed he would help me with my account and had scheduled me for that appointment, but later was evasive and refused to help get to the bottom of their errors, saying I would get a call back later in the day, but never calling back, then saying Giau was working on my case and would contact me that afternoon (that never happened). I was told other times by staff that Giau would call me right back the same day or the next day, only to find out later that she was on vacation for the whole week; how is it that their staff does not know when each other is on leave!? Turns out after much back and forth that they had to admit to having erroneously closed my account and had proof in their system the entire time that I had multiple services remaining, but instead of owning up to the gross error, tried to put the blame on me for not having finished the package sooner despite their "no expiration" policy. Seems the policy is just a false promise and ruse to get one to buy more, for since then I have read similar reports from other clients of their accounts being closed and being denied prepaid services because of errors committed by LaserAway.

Unfortunately, I returned for microneedling and PRP and had a completely different experience. I specifically explained that I did not want filler anymore, and PRP was recommended instead. The nurse applied PRP around the sides of my upper cheek area, which I deeply regret. Afterward, I learned that many providers do not inject PRP into the cheeks this way at all, which makes me question why this treatment was recommended and performed in that area in the first place. At first, the result seemed fine, but over time the volume changed and appears to have shifted into other areas. The worst part is that, unlike filler, I can't simply have it dissolved. When I contacted the clinic, instead of offering to evaluate the problem or help find a solution, they suggested I may have had the procedure somewhere else. I know exactly where I had it done, and if another clinic had done it, I would obviously be contacting that provider instead. Regardless of whether they agree with my concerns, I believe a clinic should take a patient seriously when they report an unwanted result from a procedure performed there. I would like them to acknowledge the situation, properly evaluate what happened, and work with me toward a solution rather than questioning my account of where the treatment was performed.
