Upon entering the office we were pleasantly surprised to see his name displayed on an a-frame sign, welcoming him as a new patient. How thoughtful! I've since returned with my younger two children for cleanings & for follow up visits for my oldest. My entire crew enjoys visiting this practice! Staff has been consistently friendly & helpful. Hygienist and doctors are skilled & knowledgable. They have provided quality care and ongoing clear communication. Paperwork is complete online prior to appointments or in-office with a tablet. The waiting area are child friendly & fun -- complete with arcade style game machines (Pac-Man, Stargate, Galaga, Multicade) and sit-on monster trucks. Its about the money with them because the dentist and his assistant keep saying you get a refund. Ok i get a refund if i owe them less or the partial cost less. Its the what comfortable to me and what I can handle day to day. I been lied to I talk to three others dental office Its only take a week for a partial to come back I know I had one. The dentist said I got to wait two weeks for my gum to heal not true. When I got my other partial that dentist wanted my gum where he extracted my tooth out to mold/heal with the gum. So that a lie I can get a partial Its be back in a week. This dentist trying to force me to get the bridge cause of the money. The dentist want that money. Once being taken back and getting X-rays, the dentist came in telling me that my gums were inflamed due to me having braces ( I didn't have my wires on, only brackets at that time). After enduring unbearable pain, and making several phone calls expressing my concerns, requesting for appointments or some type of antibiotics for treatment which may have resulted in some relief of the pain, I was told that a deep cleaning SHOULD help with the pain. Finally on April 12,2026, weeks of discomfort and denial of assistance, I contacted an emergency dental clinic, was seen immediately and the diagnosis was I needed a root canal and antibiotics. The infection could have entered my bloodstream, possibly resulting in death. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICE!!!

I first met Jaiden and then I spoke with LaToya later - both individuals obviously have outstanding work ethics and are very experienced as well...plus they are kind and supportive people. And then on Monday, I met Raegan and Brooklyn who work alongside Dr. Adam in the surgical room/suite. It seems to me, that both Raegan and Brooklyn are very skilled and sensitive people, because I was a wee bit nervous and excited at the same time. She is very thorough with her cleanings and such a sweetheart. The doctors are very accommodating and understanding of your oral needs. I love this place, I wouldn't choose any other dental office in the city, even if I had to! I always leave with a bright beautiful smile, and a list of what needs taken care of. They are very sensible and knowledgeable of their profession! I always look forward to my routine cleanings. It's so important to keep up with your dental health, at least twice a year, and this is the place to do so. Looking forward to my next visit!
