She referred me to a endodonist last week for a root canal and I had never seen a specialist for that ( a dentist has done all previous root canals w horrible pain ) my fear was ramped you and it was incredulous easy ! Absolutely shocking that no pain swelling etc after ! I didn't even need Tylenol! . I'm glad I chose this dentist , bc she seems to understand dental anxiety as a real thing! I work between AL and TN and after having a horrible tooth extraction out of TN I obtained a dry socket while working near this dental office. I called knowing the office was closing in twenty minutes and without hesitation they told me to come right in and they would gladly pack the socket for me. Everyone within the practice was polite, nice and worked very quickly. The practice itself was beautiful inside and out. The Dentist was thorough, knowledgeable and very nice. Even though they were closed by the time he finished packing my extraction the Dentist was nonetheless friendly and patient and took the time to explain my situation with me. He placed me on an antibiotic after the root canal and a week later the top right side of my mouth and face were in a pain I can't began to explain, I went back to Dr Luna and he looked at the X-rays and told me there was nothing wrong other than he needed to adjust my bite ( drilling again). I left and that night the pain came back even worse, I called the office a lady answered and I explained to her the issue , she said let me look at your chart , guess what ? She saw a cavity and a filling that needed to be replaced ( that's the lie I spoke of earlier that Dr. Luna lied about). I asked to have my records transferred and they gave me this spill about no we don't want you to go anywhere else come back in so we can rectify( excuse me I most certainly will not). I had already set an appointment at a different dentist( amazing chair side manners and experience). The new office informed me they would have my records transferred and not to worry. I have to return to Dr. Luna because I have paid for my procedure already and they have to place my crown , but when I tell you I don't want to because of the experience I had it's just not enough explaining I can do. Once being taken back and getting X-rays, the dentist came in telling me that my gums were inflamed due to me having braces ( I didn't have my wires on, only brackets at that time). After enduring unbearable pain, and making several phone calls expressing my concerns, requesting for appointments or some type of antibiotics for treatment which may have resulted in some relief of the pain, I was told that a deep cleaning SHOULD help with the pain. Finally on April 12,2026, weeks of discomfort and denial of assistance, I contacted an emergency dental clinic, was seen immediately and the diagnosis was I needed a root canal and antibiotics. The infection could have entered my bloodstream, possibly resulting in death. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICE!!!
