There is a touch screen monitor for convenient check ins. The waiting area is nice; there are free beverages...coffee, tea, water and at times lemonade. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my daughter to be seen. I love how they have pictures of their patients on the wall after their braces have been taken off. All smiles! Dr. Weissman is happily replacing my permanent retainers, night guard, and bleaching trays after my recent crown implants I had to have done back in LA by periodontist Dr Bijan Afar. Coming here is like coming home! All these ladies make me feel like part of the family. But the thing is, I see them giving all of the patients all this love:-). In addition Dr. Jeffery Weissman is her husband and an amazing dentist over on Overton Rd. He handles all of mine and my moms dental needs. I definitely call the Weissman's my dynamic duo! I was very nervous about going because I just moved to Alabama and I picked this practice from my insurance list. I checked for reviews and called to make an appointment. The appointment setter was very patient with me as I tried to find my insurance info. She then sent me all the forms electronically so I could fill them out at home. When I arrived I was greeted by two very friendly front desk associates. I barely sat down before I was called to the back. I was provided a treatment plan with prices and they explained everything along the way. Although I went in because my crown came off, I stayed for a much needed root canal. I don't think I've ever sat in a dentist chair and felt so safe and comfortable. No pain at all and they asked me multiple times to make sure I was pain free. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The receptionist was dismissive, spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, and did not provide the same level of assistance that was given to others who were served before or after me. Specifically, when she was trying to dismiss me and my two sons because of our insurance being inactive , but I explained to her that they were active . This interaction made me feel unwelcome and concerned that I was being treated unfairly based on my race and ethnicity. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope this matter will be reviewed and addressed to ensure that everyone receives equal treatment in the future. Other than that I am pleased with the dentist who had so much patient with my son who has autism, as well as his staff. And then on Monday, I met Raegan and Brooklyn who work alongside Dr. Adam in the surgical room/suite.
