Our original design had a brown/coffee-toned color palette, but their printer produced colors that looked yellow and green instead. They tried printing a tester paper twice and made adjustments, but the colors still did not come even close to matching our original image. If a printing company cannot accurately reproduce basic colors, that is a serious quality issue. The pricing experience was even more frustrating. From the beginning, we clearly told them that the job was TWO-SIDED printing, and we were quoted $0.45 per sheet. Based on that conversation, we understood that $0.45 was the price for each physical sheet printed double-sided. However, after the printing was completed, we were suddenly told that they charge "per printed side," not per sheet. That meant the price became $0.90 per sheet--double what we expected. This should have been explained clearly before printing, especially since they already knew from the beginning that our order was two-sided and quoted based on that. What makes it worse is that this was not even premium or heavy-quality paper. It was basically regular printing paper, similar to what you would expect from a standard office-printing service. Paying $0.90 per sheet for ordinary paper, while also receiving inaccurate colors and poor print quality, is unacceptable in my opinion. Poor print quality, inaccurate color reproduction, and very unclear pricing. 50 sheets cost us 1 whole hour stay there!! Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

I just needed someone to do the work. He reassured me over the phone that he could do it and my timeframe was not a problem. Later that day, I bring my materials and he again assures me he can do the work. I ask for a price estimate and he says he does not know and will call me the next day. The next day I call and he is out of the office. From that point on he became impossible to reach and when I went back in person, they pretended to not know who I was and they stole or got rid of my materials. They screwed me over so bad and for no reason. If they couldn't do the project or didn't want it, they could have just said that and I would have been on my way. Joseph is a thief and an incompetent liar and should not be trusted with any job. His employees are not given much ability to do anything on their own, making them just as incompetent as he is. From watching their engagements with other customers (none of whom seem happy or satisfied), this is a place you go last minute because none of the other print shops can take your order and you don't mind Joseph screwing you with inflated pricing, hidden product shorting, and other ways Joseph has figured out to cheat his customers. Just waiting in the front and watching them converse with their customers is a real eye awakening experience and I seriously don't understand how this business is still in operation.

Linda even took the time to take the sign out of the box and plug it in to ensure there was nothing defective. Ask for a factory tour when you get there. Linda took me to the back to show me what the process looks like from beginning to end. I got to see people building signs by hand, it was so fun to watch!
