Donna came to my house, so I could drop while working from home. She got my IV inserted painlessly on the first try. I was so fortunate and blessed to have these talented therapists help me get through to the "thawing stage" and learned a lot along the way. I felt like I had partners on this journey because they were always so supportive and caring - especially during the challenging times. I didn't reply and the next time I went in the manager said I need to complete a form to cancel - which now was too late to cancel without getting charged for another month. I'm so greatful to have found this place years ago. I've…read morebeen a patient here for almost 10 years and they really look into your lab results in detail. I usually meet with a professional after my labs to go over them not for just 10 to 15 minutes, but whatever long it takes until I have no more questions. I research everything I take before I start anything and to me it is all very transparent with this business for years already. They can't control the pharmaceutical compounding prices, and it usually comes out of pocket unless you have an HSA account. I still prefer this than any regular doctor or practice covered with my insurance. You really don't have a lot of choices for things you may develop in the future. I still have insurance in case there's need, but if I don't need to go to the hospital, clinic, or practitioner ruled by big pharm, I will always choose an alternative. This place is what that represents to me. Choice.

I am so very disappointed in this practice. I saw Dr. Chikkala for a couple of years from about…read more2019 to late 2021. I liked her a lot. I came to get my medications renewed and my pharmacy sent them to be ordered from the office. When I returned to the pharmacy they said they never got a reply. I would call the Dr.s office and it would go to voicemail and I would never hear back. I called quite a few times. I figured they closed or moved. I felt very betrayed at the time. I had to see someone else and then they moved. I recently went on Yelp to find a new doctor and saw that Dr. Chikkala was still at the same place!?? WT? I left another message, again, no response! I drove over there today and only the nurse was there. I told her about all this and said she would have someone get back to me. So Dr. Chikkala's husband (who runs the front) Just now called me. He was very rude to me. He said that because it had been almost 2 years that she was no longer my doctor, (well of course she wasn't). I wanted to go back to see her. He wanted to go round and round about when he "said" he called me back a long time ago and it was ME that never responded. LOL really? I DID call, MANY MANY Times! No one ever got back to me. Very irresponsible for a doctor's office. So, I said I would like to get in to see her. Then he tells me that I have to find another doctor because she won't have any information from the last 2 years?? Well, they can get that information from the last group I was at. He proceeded to then just make up stuff and it got ridiculous. He made no sense, I realized he was just being an ass. I really do not wish to deal with people like that so I will find a new, better, more communicative, and responsive doctor's office.

I'm so glad a friend referred me to Meagan Wempe for HRT. I've been discussing the issues I was…read morehaving due to menopause and my gynecologist couldn't really help. Meagan met with me and went over a lot of information include HRT and how our bodies change due to menopause and it is something we need to handle. She ordered detailed labs and then met with me to go over the results in detail. Most doctors don't do that. They put a note in your portal saying your results are fine even though you see some out of range. I started HRT in December 2025 and what a big difference it has made in my life. Then I decided to have my pap smear with Meagan since she takes the time to go over all the information and find solutions. She also ordered additional labs. Then met with me for 30 minutes to go over the lab results. Due some of the results, she ordered more test to be sure all was ok and continue to monitor my thyroid results. I'm so happy that she goes over everything and if she has any concerns request more tests. My last results were not good as it relates to my iron. Right away she sent in a prescription, requested for me to take a certain vitamin and to refer me to a hematologist for possible iron infusions. Since I'm a pancreatic cancer survivor, I already had a hematologist, so the office sent over my results. Sure enough, he ordered for me to have the infusion. I've had low iron since I finished radiation which the doctors knew but all I got was to take iron supplements with no follow-up. It's only because Meagan took the time to review the results, order tests, that I feel I'm finally getting the treatment I need. I can't wait to start the infusion. Maybe I will feel so much better with not being as tired or dizzy. If you ever feel like there is something wrong and you aren't getting the care you deserve regarding your hormones or labs, then go see Meagan. I'm so thankful I was referred to this practice and to Meagan. Also all their staff is amazing whether in person or when I call.
