I've used this facility maybe 20 times in my life, although not for awhile. I used to live right next to it and that's why I was such a regular. This is where the doctors just next door would send me they'd send me when I needed anything done... tests, scans, you name it. I'm absolutely not a fan of the place, though. In the old days, this was the closest lab to us for blood testing and dropping off and such. It is no better than the other Quest labs. It's probably a little faster than the one on Sheridan, but the employees aren't great and the services are average at best.

Unfortunately, my husband fell ill on our trip. I found WellNow on Yelp and decided to give it a…read morego. The visit was excellent and my husband received great care. He found out he had flu B and was able to get prescriptions right away at the Wegmans Pharmacy in the next plaza. Everyone we encountered was helpful and explained what the process was for testing, getting prescriptions, etc. If I ever needed urgent care when in town in the future, I would choose to go here. Also, they have Slush Puppies in the waiting room. My husband had a sore throat, so after he was seen, he got a slush puppy to soothe his throat. Great little extra.

I walked out because there was no way I was going to let her come near me with a needle. I'm certain that if someone overheard her speak to me, she would have been fired on the spot. I will NEVER go to that location again, which is unfortunate because it's the nearest to my house.

When I arrived at my appointment Quest claims they never got the faxes. So I called ECMc to have it faxes again. After sitting there an hour the staff tried to tell me faxes take hours!! What a joke. They need the get their fax machine replaced or their service updated because se it should only take 30 seconds. Now the RX is going to be sent by snail mail and when I asked if I will receive it before my next appointment with the cardiologist she says "I don't know....I don't control the Postal Service‼

This was a last minute visit so for the first time in ages I went in without an appointment. Luckily there were a lot of techs working and I only waited for about 15 minutes. You check in on a touch screen (with hand sanitizer right next to it). If you want to wait outside they'll text you when they're ready for you. Also all names are listed on the TV screen with estimated wait times. Very helpful. The blood draw itself is quick and easy and very safe. Pretty much as its always been there. I've never had any problems here and the employees are always friendly.

She is EXACTLY what you want as a phlebotomist and employee. Please keep people like her gainfully employed. I believe reviews are extremely important for the employer, employee and patient. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing to change about my experience today. I must also add her knowledge educated me of which I appreciated. Acknowledgement of her and her service, abilities and care I hope don't go unnoticed. As a patient of the headache clinic I have to say Rachel and Michelle are truly the best. Kind,…read morecaring and empathic but if you need anything not done by them you will not receive any help. I had a sleep study ordered in October and I was told someone would call me which they did in March. And that was after I left multiple messages asking to schedule. A new medication prescribed on March 25th that required prior was not done until a month later and that wasn't due to Anthem BCBS or my pharmacy not advising Dent of this but because the nurse forgot. If I hadn't asked the nurse about another medication for my migraines the auth would never have been done. When I called to schedule my MRI the first available was 5 weeks out. Due to my claustrophobia I always have sedation which has been done by the nurses at Dent. When I scheduled the imaging I was told to arrive 1/2 an hour early for the sedation. Imagine my surprise when I get there to be told the sedation was actually sent to my pharmacy something the woman scheduling nor the nurse at dent told me was being done. The receptionist was unable to reschedule it because "dent doesn't train front desk on scheduling just check in and to call back to reschedule". After all of this I called early this morning and left a message for Kristen one of the managers. Instead of calling me back she had Mary Grace do it because as Mary Grace said Kristen was too busy to talk to me. I understand now I am just a paycheck for the staff at dent. With a high deductible plan I get text messages and a phone call prior to any visit about the cost for "care" and to make sure I have money in hand. I know I'm just a number to Dent but I would have hoped that they see patients as actual people and not just as dollar signs
