The owner who I was working with suggested I cease OT and attend PT with the last few visits. I truly thought she was on my side and made a good point. Unfortunately I was not in a good headspace but I thought that was a good idea. I lost my last near resource to me. I emailed her back in august (we communicated by email and never by phone) agreeing to her suggestion and why I'd want more visits and to see if she'd send it off to the insurance company because she did say she'd write a report and do that and wanted my list. At the end of the email I asked questions about what was next and if she'd email me back if visits got approved or how that would work. I know my email went through because I got the "away message." Months went by and no contact. I was dropped like a hot potato. I recently emailed her to followup (also got the "away message") and inform her of a few more details, maybe that would help me. Nothing. It hurts. I'm not sure I'd go back either. It was my only ND resource (because as we adults all know there is nothing in thurston county for adults). And now this happens. 2026: Sent email 4/30 asking about obtaining my records. Received an email from Alice 5/13 and exchanged emails over a month's time with no clear indication of when I could get them. They've gone electronic, moved, and were in a box somewhere. Owner could not access them. I would also have to pay for them. 6/3 someone told me they couldn't provide the cost until Jacqueline could physically get them and then they'd contact me with an update. I'm pretty sure they lied to me like everyone else does to me. I sent an email 7/6 checking on this status, no response. It's now 8/3 and have heard zilch from them. You will never be a valued patient with this place. They lie and shouldn't be in operation. at this point I should get my records for free.

Preferring to skip that, I decided to call South Sound instead. They were able to get me in first thing on a Monday and get me evaluated. Suzi was absolutely amazing and assured me that my neck would return to normal function and still loved me and wanted me back in a nice long committed relationship. She got me a list of exercises and had a bunch of great tips on working (ie, don't sit in front of a PC 15 hours a day and wonder why you are in pain, duh!) and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I very much appreciated how clean everything was, and they were great about making sure I sanitized and kept my germs safely to myself (and vice versa). They have a…read moreweird policy to charge more than your copay if you havent met your deductible even if your insurance covers your visits and have staff that can't explain the extra charging policy well. Also the therapist I had the 2nd time was pretty indifferent to my injury and needs, he was working 2 people at the same time and not even watching me do the excercises. I had to ask him if i had any to do at home and left with no paperwork for what to do. He seemed to not really care. I would not recommend!

I got little to no relief from pain and immobility issues through these 6 physical therapists. I've been working with Jeanette over the last several months and can report she is incredibly knowledgeable, an excellent evaluator, and has improved my overall mobility (and attitude) as well as helped reduce pain. The staff is professional, polite and good natured. I am not a paid endorser - just an old dude grateful to have found someone who "gets" what I am going through. Other physical therapy practices, see you for 20 minutes, then give you a handout with exercises and stretches that you - the patient- do at home. All the PTAs are knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I have 5 more sessions to go until they kick me out, but I might just sneak back in for more. Seriously, they know how to be gentle, firm and when to push hard. I was originally suppose to start at a different PT office, but they could not schedule me soon enough, even though they had received the referral a few weeks before my surgery. My wife was released to this facility from the hospital. Even with plenty of prior notice when we…read moregot to the facility they didn't have her new medication to stabilize her blood pressure. They also didn't have her anxiety medication and one of her Parkinsons medications. Their pharmacy is in Seattle and we are in Olympia and they didn't have other options. And she was very anxious from another patient that was staged in the hall and he was screaming and moaning for hours. We were very uncomfortable in our room that had no air conditioning or fan and one 8"x8" opening window for air. The staff was nice but did not seem to understand the medication and eating regime needed to care for Parkinsons patients. My wife is vegetarian and there were very few options to give adequate nutrition. After not seeing a Dr. all day I got to see the doctor in the evening and after going over my concerns he didn't say one word to me, turned away and started talking to his nurse so I felt very dismissed. The next day they still did't have the medications so I checked her out against medical advice even though I never got any advice from a doctor! I could go on but I would not recommend this facility!!

recently a relative decline hard enough that they needed to be moved into not only hospice but into…read morea place where there was 24 hour staffed... it became clear that the level of care was just too much for the family to manage (with the help of hospice). so, we got everything moved in and on day one I was not too impressed. the overall smell of the place left me thinking of poop, dirt and dirty people. it was more than a little disturbing to me. the staff though is top notch. in particular, Jeff was amazing at how much attention our relative got. as time went on we found even more staff that was pretty amazing. then it happened... the "on staff" doctor stuck his nose in and altered the meds for my relative and hospice had to get involved. with all of that said, the care was good, an aging facility and the only thing I truly didn't understand is why the TV was fuzzy. almost looked like watching a show on an antenna. and yes, that's small nitpicky kind of stuff.

The most horrible 3 weeks after surgery! There's a few good nurses and CNAs... but so poorly…read moremanaged! I laid in pain for hours... pain meds were ordered by my surgeon... but RNs often took hours to dispense. Call lights ignored for long periods of time. We were left with soiled beds for hours! Toilet left dirty for DAYS... even with my roommate and I complaining, we had to submit a written request for the BM to be cleaned! What else can I say? I could NEVER recommend this place!!

After a month of care Evelyn expressed she always felt safe and very well cared for and transitioning to assisted living would be a serious mistake. As her caregiver, I fully agreed. The decision proved providential as medical issues emerged, almost on a weekly basis. After four months of continued excellent care, Evelyn was able to successfully return to assisted living. I appreciate that the entire staff always kept me informed of all issues related her status and am happy I was able to visit so frequently.
