I got little to no relief from pain and immobility issues through these 6 physical therapists. I've been working with Jeanette over the last several months and can report she is incredibly knowledgeable, an excellent evaluator, and has improved my overall mobility (and attitude) as well as helped reduce pain. The staff is professional, polite and good natured. I am not a paid endorser - just an old dude grateful to have found someone who "gets" what I am going through. Other physical therapy practices, see you for 20 minutes, then give you a handout with exercises and stretches that you - the patient- do at home. All the PTAs are knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I have 5 more sessions to go until they kick me out, but I might just sneak back in for more. Seriously, they know how to be gentle, firm and when to push hard. I was originally suppose to start at a different PT office, but they could not schedule me soon enough, even though they had received the referral a few weeks before my surgery. They have a…read moreweird policy to charge more than your copay if you havent met your deductible even if your insurance covers your visits and have staff that can't explain the extra charging policy well. Also the therapist I had the 2nd time was pretty indifferent to my injury and needs, he was working 2 people at the same time and not even watching me do the excercises. I had to ask him if i had any to do at home and left with no paperwork for what to do. He seemed to not really care. I would not recommend!

What they didn't tell me is that they would bill my insurance who would then pass on the cost to me because I hadn't met my deductible. I got a bill for $130 that they consider legitimate.
