They were either over priced, fluffy (not results driven), or a combination of both. I got a Brazilian 5 months pregnant (funnn) and it was actually the least painful I've ever gotten. And that's crazy with how sensitive your skin gets pregnant. I've also had hormonal acne, dull skin, and clogged pores, and seeing her did a complete reset on my skin -- truly. She took the time to do all the extractions to really start clean, and the difference in texture is crazy. I'm a lifer now! Can't wait to see her next. Thank you, Tracy!

Someone assisted me right away with my color match for the Lady Gaga Haus foundation and eyeliner, despite it being quite busy in the store. Rachel was especially helpful--she guided me to the best lighting, took my opinion into account, and helped me find the perfect shade. She also helped me pick out my Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow and a few other products. Although there was a, the checkout process was smooth, and Klaus, the gentleman who assisted me, had the most stunning eye makeup--reminiscent of a winter sunset in a ski town. It was one of the best makeup looks I've seen at any Sephora, and it made me wish I could do my eyes like that! While many Sephoras provide great customer service, Rachel stood out with her kindness, product knowledge, and attentiveness. Unlike past experiences where associates insisted on what they thought looked best, Rachel truly collaborated with me to find the perfect match. I also appreciated that this location was a standalone Sephora, not inside a Kohl's or another store. Even though it was on the smaller side, it had everything I needed and provided a great overall experience.

After visiting the Ulta to get hundreds of dollars of celebrity inspired cosmetics and skin care…read moreproducts, I left the store loaded down with absolutely no idea of what I bought. The Vitamin-C, Peptide infused serum with anti-oxidants and seven essential nutrients for my skin was something I didn't realize I needed, but apparently it is scarcely believable that I have gone through my entire life without ever using this amazing combination of organic and synthetic chemically-rich cream that is 100% natural and made of nothing but vegetable by-products that is not made as a result of child labor practices in some third-world country. The hundreds of employees working there provide a wealth of knowledge about all of the things certain to bankrupt you but make you feel better about yourself in the process. Ulta - it should be noted - is a dog friendly store and see at least three different French Poodles (although I mistakenly identified one that happened to be an actual person with blonde poofy hair) An embarrassed chihuahua did enter with its owner but he proved who was boss faster than you can say, "would you like to apply for the Ulta credit card and save 5% in your purchase today while paying only 36% interest compounded daily?" I did really like the vast selection. It is larger than any flea market in the city of Kyle Texas. The mirrors are beautiful of course, but it helps that I was the one looking into it. And while it may seem like I am slightly edging a bit on the pricing, let's face a certain truth; It cost a LOT of money to prepare your corpse for the wake after you drop dead from heart failure at how easy it was to spend a lifetime of Benjamin's on your trip to the Cosmetic Zoo!

I was able to set up my appointments with her quickly and easily. I drove up, parked, and entered the building labeled Salon Lofts. There was a small seating area with another set of doors to enter but the doors are locked and you have use the intercom to ring the Salon for entry. There is a directory with the Salon numbers right next to the button that rings the specific Salon. I pushed the button, Sanae answered and she opened the door. I followed the signs to tell me where to go. I noticed that each Salon has their own space. I found Kaizen and met Sanae. She's is a very friendly person. We talked about the recommendation and what I was needing. She and I agreed and we went from there. Her Salon is very clean with an inviting atmosphere. The first time I went, I was…read moreunable to receive service due to an issue that could have been spotted by a questionnaire in advance, obviating the need for me to drive there. The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.
