I have always been very happy with all of them, until now. I provided an image and asked for that look and style. She said she could recreate the look. She told me that the image was a specific technique. I just told her that everyone that had previously done my hair and used that image had highlighted it and also possibly done low lights. She insisted that it was balayage. She charged me $357.50. While she was doing my hair, I noticed things that didn't seem right, but I'm not a hair stylist so I didn't want to question her. Now, I am regretful I didn't say anything because I absolutely hate my hair and completely feel taken advantage of. My hair was patchy and bronzed color at the bottom near my neck and scalp, when I asked her about it, she gave me the excuse that it happens when covering greys. I only had greys on the top, not on the bottom. When I told her that I had concerns she dismissed my concerns and only wanted more money. I told her that I wasn't happy with the blocks of uncolored/processed hair. When she was working on my hair, she pulled the foil, leaving a large gap. This is the absolute worst. Almost as bad as the time that I went to the beauty school to have them do my hair. Only this is probably worse since I over paid for terrible hair that I absolutely hate. I tried to see if she was willing to fix it and she clearly dismissed my disappointment. So, I will just learn from this experience, but being taken advantage is never something people should go through.

I asked the stylist for a shag and even showed her pictures…read more She seemed to understand and I was expecting a minimum of 2" cut off all over to achieve this cut but all she did was blend the layers I already had, barely cutting off any hair. I made several comments that I wanted it much shorter and that she could maybe take a razor and take out some of the bulk, but all she did was gaslight me, make excuses, telling me my hair already has a lot of layers. I was never offered the complimentary hand/ arm massage which was a disappointment, and I walked out with the same bad cut I came in with. After much thought, I decided to call to request either a refund or a redo with a different stylist. I'm glad I called because they were able to match me with a master stylist a couple days later who gave me the exact cut I wanted. Holly was so wonderful, and she really listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be going back to her. I gave them 4 starts because my initially visit was such a nightmare and I had to go back.
