I was on a call when I did the walk thru with the manager on site, so I was rushing and didn't notice the trees by the pool were not cut. I called to let them know that trees around the pool were not done. And I was blamed for it not being done because I didn't see it when we did the walk through. The management went to telling me how much money 200.00 dollars it was going to cost him to get workers back out. I am still waiting for a call back to be scheduled for our job we paid for to be finished. Very disappointed with service I received. Below is the estimate of everything that was supposed to be done. All the companies that came out were very knowledgeable and provided written estimates. But Green Valley Tree Service had the best bid of the four I considered. Edgar was very responsive and was able to schedule my job a couple days after I let him know we picked him. He and his crew arrived early and showed me and the crew exactly what was going to be cut before they started. I had four trees trimmed, including Live Oaks that had really tall branches. They were able to lower the cut branches by ropes so there was no damage to the fence or house. The finished in under four hours, including raking and blowing the leaves and twigs on the ground and leaving the area clean.

The owner himself knew about this and does still know about this and still offers the person that does cocaine and marijuana on the job site to continue to work there. They are not professional whatsoever. You may think that. One time an individual that works there cut a tree off, and it landed on the balcony due to a causing a wood damage on the deck instead of the company taking accountability. They ran to Home Depot and got wood glue to repair it so the owners wouldn't know and the owners of the household still don't know what really occurred and they are going to have to pay out of their pocket for their balcony when the company should pay themselves instead of going about it the wrong way they should've went about it the right way. Once cocaine usage and marijuana is involved and the owner is completely fine with that and alcohol. I would not recommend this place or an option of it. A lot of things happen behind closed doors. They even have somebody living there at their business and he drinks every day and night and he is working for them as well while the owner is letting him live there on the property of sa total tree service. This place is very unprofessional, they do not do any drug test for their employees. The owner is even OK with an alcoholic working for him. Find somebody else to do your trees, please. This is not it.
