Checked out their website and found 3 items I liked. Went to their store and they were very helpful. My first 2 pics I was told I probably would be better to pick another, because of the maker. So I went with my 3rd pic. The consultant helped me in that one bathroom currently had a 9 bulb fixture. The light I picked didn't come with a 9. In talking it over we decided on 2 fixtures with 3 bulbs. This was a double sink bathroom. Items arrived within the 2 week time frame I was given. Since they didn't come with bulbs and the store didn't have them, the consultant sent me an email link to order them off a certain on-line store. Had the lights installed and the rooms repainted and I am very happy with the lights. Thank you so much Northern Lights!

I wasn't just buying a fixture--I needed someone who could help identify, source, and organize a long list of parts, fittings, and hardware to make everything come together correctly. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, understand exactly what I was trying to accomplish, and carefully map out every piece I needed. Her attention to detail was exceptional. She never made me feel rushed, answered every question I had, and worked incredibly hard to ensure I left with exactly the right components. It's rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in helping a customer solve a complicated problem. Excellent customer service has become hard to find these days, but Becca reminded me what it should look like. She was patient, professional, thorough, and truly cared about getting everything right the first time. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, my chandelier project came together exactly as planned. Northern Lights is fortunate to have someone like Becca on their team. If you need lighting, parts, or expert guidance, ask for Becca--you'll be in great hands. Thank you again for all of your hard work. It was sincerely appreciated.

I have been working with her for weeks now because our master bathroom remodel project turned into a nightmare due to the contractor we decided to go with. Ken helped us pick the right shower set and faucets for the project, and assisted later when the plumber had questions. When my daughter, a first-year varsity member, requested LED lights for her cheer box, I initially thought it would be a straightforward task, but I was mistaken. I discovered Discount Lighting online and contacted Derrick to inquire about his services. He responded promptly, and I visited his store the following day. Derrick and his wife were warm and accommodating, presenting various options. Although they did not have the desired color LED lights, they offered to customize the box to meet my daughter's needs. Upon returning the next day, Derrick had exceeded our expectations, even procuring the desired LED lights. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is outstanding. Derrick took the time to make this experience special for my daughter, demonstrating how to operate the lights via the app. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. If u are in need of lighting of any kind I would highly recommend checking them out. Thank you again Derrick and Jasmyn for all u did for us.
