Everyone here was incredibly professional and had great customer service. They explained each part of the exam to me very well, the doctor was great, and I was in and out of there in under an hour. Had some glasses made here and come to find out they did not make the glasses to the correct prescription. Just had eyeglasses tested by my eye doctor and because it is past 100 days since I purchased the glasses there is nothing they will do to resolve the issue. If I could leave no stars I would. I came here early January to get my yearly exam and to get my contacts. I was told my contacts would be ready in two weeks by the doctor there, so I wait. Two weeks later and no contacts and no phone call from them, until I called them, and was informed that they would be ready mid-March. It is now the end of March, I had to call them again just to find out they still do not have them. I will never use this business again, except for eye exams.... maybe. Why are you not contacting your customers to inform them of these delays? Why are you not contacting your customers at all? Now I have to wait for my insurance benefits to get reimbursed and go through that whole process, still with no contacts. The customer service is shit... The communication is shit... read more

I have never left a review for a place before, but after going in with the intent to purchase glasses and waiting for over ten minutes (I only started timing AFTER sitting for a while!), while all of the people in the store opted to either look busy or help other customers who came in after us, we just walked out! Not a place to go if your looking for anyone who knows anything or want selection on sales. Went for the sale and still waiting for my glasses been almost two weeks and was told because of sale could be bit longer.. well don't tell me 7 to 10 days from the get go So 11-24-19 got a calm glasses ready so went in and my glasses were in the right frame wrong color and right eye not correct and the fluffy eyelash girl did not even ask if they fit or correct just said we will order the correct color and walked away and the second pair will be another 7 days not to mention my husband prescription was in a ladies frame and other pair too 7 more days as well. The last time I went to the Westminster, CO VisionWorks for eyeglass repair a couple of weeks ago, they told me to make an appointment the next time due to Covid-19. So, a family member needs eyeglass repair, and they tried to make an appointment. Unfortunately there is no option on their website for eyeglass repair appointments. The website is designed for eye exam appointments only. So I tried calling the store to make an appointment. There is no option on their telephone tree for making an eyeglass repair appointment. Therefore I selected emergency. Then I went on hold for more than 30 minutes. Finally it sounded like someone picked up the phone, but they immediately hung up before either of us said anything. I immediately called back, and now I've been on hold for another 30 minutes while I write this review. read more

This location is awful! After moving to this area we came here for the first time last year. They were over an hour late the first time and the lady was super rude. I showed them Grace and patience and hoped it was just a bad first impression. Today, we went back for the annual exams. We arrived early and filled out all the paperwork with plenty of time. 45 minutes past our appointment time we were still not seen. The gals at the front desk couldn't tell me a definitive why or take the time to go find out even though there were no other patients there. No one took the time to even apologize or approach us about why they were so late. We ended up just leaving... what a waste of an hour and my lost work time! This place is incredibly unprofessional and I will never come back. I will also be contacting corporate about both of our experiences. They need to hire better people and actually care about their patients. read more

Very frustrating coming to this location. The doctor here was short with me and never let me finish my questions without just giving me blanket answers. I decided to take my prescription and order my own contacts (I was actually exchanging them with some contacts I ordered online only months before from a company that would let me do this) the same ones that have worked for 10 years. When I got them the left eye was extremely blurry. At first I was convinced that he got the prescription wrong, but I have an astigmatism so I thought it might be that the contacts were just not quite working for the worsening prescription I had. I had paid for the full eye exam for contacts and glasses which included a lens fitting. I chose to go and buy contacts on my own so they told me I "Waived" the lens fitting and if I came in again I would have to pay again. This was very frustrating for me because I had already paid for that and now she was proceeding to tell me that I had to pay again. The lady on the phone then proceeded to argue with me over the phone about this saying "if we would have ordered trials we would have known this first...." but that wasn't the issue. The issue was I never got free trials, and now they wanted to charge me for them. I was getting my contacts for free (because I was exchanging them for my old prescription that I just ordered online through another company) and I took a risk, and now I wanted to come in and get them fixed. The way that they wanted to initially order the contacts wait a week or two for the trials to come in, then come back in another week or so would have cost me lots more time and money, two things I didn't have. I am going out of the country soon and I needed this taken care of quickly, and again if they took 5 minutes to listen to anything I said this would have been known. The fact they were unable to listen and actually help me was extremely ridiculous. Regardless of anything at this point I decided to not waste my time again with these people. The doctor was rude, short and not willing to answer any questions and the older lady at this location (shall remain nameless) while I am sure she was regurgitating what she was told to say, was not helpful either. I am very disappointed that a national chain such as this would have such crappy customer service policies. I intend on calling the national company and filing a complaint against this store. read more

The service is good, but the quality of the glasses is the worst. I had to replace one lense because it got smudged beyond cleaning after 3 months, for another $135. Two months later both lenses turned a mottled hue so thick I couldn't see through them, and cleaning properly, with the cloth that came with the glasses, made no improvement. Their only solution is to buy another pair. I drained my HSA for these glasses, and I'm using a pair of readers from the dollar store. Will definitely not go back. read more

I had a fresh prescription that I just wanted to fill for reading. I purchased 2 frames exactly alike and 1 came in with the wrong prescription. Didn't realize until I got home. Came back to fix and they filled the wrong prescription AGAIN! I waited on my lunch hour for them to finally get it right, hence my 2nd pair of frames never came in after 1 month. Drove there AGAIN and requested to fill a current frame I had and refund the for the frame never came in. The filled my existing frame and again the prescription was wrong. My insurance changed. I was forced to use this facility, and it could have not been any better of an experience. From check in to check out ever person I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. Dominic, Jessica and Nicole on the front end are awesome!! Extremely pleased. read more

This place and because of the people who work it is a pathetic excuse for a provided service. This business caters to trash and the local Minorities and is run by the like. First time I walked in mid day or so. Theres a young mexcian working with others of there kind. Figured I could get a look around seeing as large frames are hard to find. While I am looking I am yelled at from across the place and told I would be helped asap. After attempting to locate a better alternative eye doctor then here. I came back to see what they could do to get me some seeing glasses. Making a appointment was a hassle. I had to wait several days to meet with anyone. The "People" who work here screw with you and screw the process of filling a prescription. Not only that while one doctor or both may be qualified to give a examination. Erica the one most available. Whos exam of me was incomplete nor accurate. I have double vision still and was conducted so quickly that absolutely the next appointment 15mins later. Would be met. Erica, is a short Mexcian with Acne Scares, a faked assumed voice that becomes quite annoying. Seeing as she sounds like a terrified child on a roller coaster. Lots of highs and lows. My exam left me with a change from my old prescription and now I longer see correctly, a fallow up was a joke and was not preformed in the same manner to correct my vision. Requests for contacts was a scam. Wherein I was prescribed Contacts of a generic brand and not at all the same exact contacts you'll be given as a trial pair. (Bio-infinity{Name Brand}, Aqua Vision Plus{Generic}). Further more I advise you to consider carefully the fallowing. I was never given a good prescription. I got glasses at half off a second pair. Each pair was different. Frames, Lens material, Coatings. The standard pair non-hd. Was cloudy hard to see through. The HD pair had no cloudiness. But the lens were never properly framed nor secured to them, nor cut to a custom fit. After going through the hassle of getting the proper contact brand prescribed. I was issued the first pair of glasses and was dissatisfied. The Second pair shows adverse signs of use. Just from wearing them several things became apparent rapidly over time. Where excessively bent to one side and badly up and down. So that when placed on a flat surface one sides sticks up. Within a week of wearing them exclusively. The left lens poped out repeatedly every cleaning or if i attempted to adjust the bent frame. Soon after this occurred several times. The screw came out that holds the lens together with the frames. Also soon there after because of the improper fitting of the glasses. The lens's had been actually bent to fit within the frames. A Starburst, hazing long the top of the right lens in the middle. Every person i spoke with working there gave me nothing but problems and were exceptionally confrontational and unwilling provide helpfully advise or information about products without a lot of questions and they don't know much as it is. As is and when the eye doctor claims one thing and they in the front only do things one way or not like the doc said. Like with the contacts. It shows that this is a slapdish establishment not capable of providing a quality service. Filling out a survey sent to my e-mail was met in store next visit with attempted hostility, complainant for filling it out and never a correction to problems with there service. read more

So i had a bad expericne with this office first i had to wait 3 days before they could figure out my insurance than when i finally got the appt the young girls that work there were extreme rude and unhelpful it was the first time id ever been there the dr was very nice but when it was time to go over glasses and pricing i wasnt explained how my insurance worked i wasnt told about any offers or promotions they were having a BOGO no offer was ever mentioned they wanted to charge $260 for 1 pair of glasses so i left went to Americas best got 2 pairs of glasses with the same protection and only paid $109 so i will never go to the store again i wouldnt reccomend them either the young girls they have working are very rude and unhelpful they dont explain anything and have no desire to help what so ever read more

It is clear after 3 weeks of frustration and 3 failed attempts at a single Rx that the Westminster Vision Works is not interested in anything resembling efficiency or competence. After a long three weeks I did not receive the glasses that I was so hoping for, only excuse after excuse, many of which were flat out lies. I did however, received the FULL refund that I demanded (with no small amount of effort). I would recommend going somewhere else unless you are looking for a headache, apparently customer service, and glasses aren't their strong point. read more
