I decided to go to Target Optical as i was recommended to them. Great choice!. The staff are all super friendly and bend over backward in being helpful. I got an eye exam and then went to choose glasses. The staff where extremely helpful in selecting the ideal pair of glasses for my face. Once ordered it took about a week 10 days to get glasses in. got Oakley frames with my prescription. The glasses are perfect and at a descent price. I would definitely give all of my future optical needs to Target Optical. If you are in the need of glasses or contact look no further Target Optical is your one stop place to go.

Wonderful experience with the staff and Dr. Hunker! I came in for an appointment and after just a minute of waiting was able to get my exam started. I filled out the paperwork ahead of time, which allowed everything to move quickly and smoothly. All of the staff I encountered were so nice - they gave me a free soft case for my glasses to store in my purse and Dr. Hunker was able to get me a pair of new contacts to wear home as well. Dr. Hunker answered all of my questions and explained everything so well. I highly recommend doing the eye photos instead of dilation for a small copay - worth it! He went through all the parts of the back of my eye, which was very cool to see. He took the time to listen and answer my questions with more kindness than I've ever experienced from an eye doctor before. The staff was very helpful, finding the best combo of what insurance covers and the deals they were having, to get me the best price. Can't wait for my new glasses and contacts to arrive!

The rep helping me suggested I purchase a scratch warranty on these lens which I did for $60.00. DON'T PURCHASE THIS!!!! I called today 10/22/2019 to ask about getting my lenses fixed because they are scratched. I was told the warranty expires after a year!! Nowhere on the form I was given is this disclosed!!! It states after a year the frames are no longer covered but says nothing about lenses. I am enclosing a photo of this warranty. I have NEVER had a problem with my lenses scratching, this was my first and LAST time with this company. Mary Frola

I don't think anyone would travel from those areas to get a pair of glasses.

I scheduled an appointment since I got vision insurance for the first time, and because I was having trouble seeing while driving in the dark. I felt like my eyes were being strained from constantly being in front of a computer screen. The appointment was very thorough and the doctor and other staff were friendly. I expressed my concerns for having air blown in my eye balls, and getting my pupils dilated. The doctor informed me that he didn't need to do the puff of air in my eyes because he had another way of testing the pressure. I was relieved. Once he put the eye drops in my eyes, he said I had about 15 minutes before things would start to get blurry. The woman at the front helped me look at frames and decide which ones I liked best. I tried on a bunch and decided between my top 3 favorites. I thought they had a good selection of designer frames. At this point my eyes got super blurry from the dilation drops when it was time to pay. I was so embarrassed because I couldn't see anything when I tried to hand the woman my health savings card. We then realized I never activated it. I felt so bad, but I had to ask her to read the numbers off of it for me to call to activate it. She helped ring me up and explained everything as I tried on glasses so there were no surprise charges. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes total, which was much longer than I expected. I had no idea what all an eye appointment entailed. It was very comfortable and clean. The doctor was patient and answered all of my questions. I chose this place based on Yelp reviews and distance to where I live. I can't wait to go pick my first pair of glasses in a few weeks!

The appointments go by quickly and there has never been a wait time. I like the idea that when I have an appointment it is kept, and kept at the time that I made it. The frames are interesting and always hip. The prices are ok. I will say that on the whole they are a bit more expensive than I would normally like to pay. But I will pay that much for some prescription sunglasses because I drive around so much. Another thing that I like about this Vision Care is that they will give me my prescription and pupilary distance without making a huge stink about it. I pay for my appointment and for my sunglasses so if I want to get glasses cheaper online they allow that. Some other places do not and that is what makes me continue to use Vision Care above anything else. Anyone in the neighborhood should get their eye care here. It is great. The service and staff are top notch. You cannot ask for much more.
