I left greatly surprised and very pleased with my customer experience. I had been shopping for optometric service in the Greensburg area and have been less than pleased with every place I have visited, except this one. Friendly, communicated well, quickly made a same day appointment, skilled tech, awesome doc, left after 1 hour or so with an exam, Rx, contacts, a very fair price and the rest of my day intact. Note: I did not get glasses, and was told that lens services are shipped to another location, AFAIK this is pretty common in chains, but I'd expect it to take a return visit, and in general add time to the services rendered. While I cannot speak to the veracity of the other reviews of this location, I do see that they are a few years old. If they were in fact correct they in no way reflect current operations, and my experience was as positive as the other reviews were negative. Caveat emptor, of course, but it looks like they have really upped their game, and as a satisfied customer, I think they should feel proud about it.
