I wear simple, inexpensive black frames and thought having a second pair for work would be practical and convenient. The exam itself lasted maybe 10 minutes. While the doctor was polite, the appointment felt rushed and my concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed. I later learned I was the last patient of the day, which unfortunately showed in the level of care provided. The experience only declined from there. After my exam, I stood looking at frames for over 15 minutes without a single employee offering assistance. When someone finally spoke to me, the interaction was dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked basic questions about pricing and which frames qualified for the promotion, I was simply pointed toward a small section of frames and made to feel like an inconvenience for asking for clarification. The most frustrating part: after being directed to the wall that supposedly qualified for the 2-for-$95 deal and selecting two frames from that exact section, I was quoted $465. There was no clear explanation -- just an attitude that implied I either didn't understand or couldn't afford what was being presented. As a local business owner, I would never allow my staff -- or myself -- to treat customers this way. Respectful communication and basic assistance should not be too much to expect. I left paying only for my exam and with a prescription I now have to take elsewhere. This was not just disappointing -- it was unprofessional. I would not recommend this location.
