On behalf of my mother who has gone to this office for more than 2 decades. The last pair of…read moreglasses that she purchased she added the scratch resistant coating. Within one month they were very scratched. After several attempts to resolve with the office staff they continued to tell her that she cleaned them with the wrong products. Despite her showing them what she used (and keep in mind it's the same approved product that she's used on glasses for years) they refused to do anything. VERY EXPENSIVE and they do NOT stand behind their products. Go elsewhere. Oddly my sister and I have used the lower cost providers in the area and had no issues. My mother spends a fortune with the office she's used for years and had a big issue.

I had a really bad experience here, the people were nice but they took so long to get through my…read morefather and I's appointments. They finished my father's after an hour and a half and then finally started mine. My exam was never finished because my dad had an appointment to go to that day and was already running late. We called them and said we would try to come back another day but i had to go back to college. They never finished my appointment, but when we had to call to see if I could go to a different place at college to get a faster appointment, they told me they had finished it. I'm not stupid i clearly remember the doctor telling me to take a break since my eyes were hurting because of how long I was in the room. So they said they finished it and sent my family a random prescription. I haven't been able to get new glasses or contacts for the past two years because apparently I already had an appointment even though I didn't have one. It's absolutely ridiculous and this place totally cheated me and my family. We thought it was gonna be a nice family place and yes the people were really nice but the fact is it's just a place that needs business so badly that even if they don't finish an appointment they give you a random prescription. So disappointed, and it's sad that because of this I've been walking around with broken glasses that I have to glue back together. We were new to town and picked a place we thought was nice only to get cheated and it was an absolute waste of almost 5 hours.

It is easy to schedule an appointment and the staff is very professional upon arrival. I've always received thorough explanations of the procedures and decisions he is making. These ones are so nice and patient that it made the experience of getting my eyes checked pleasant! They also went into detail explaining what they were checking for, and even showed me what specifically they found in the optical pictures and what that meant for me. Would definitely recommend. Their selection of frames is a little on the expensive side, but that's the only even potential negative I can see.

Kim helped me find exactly what I was looking for, gave me lots of information that was helpful to me and was so pleasant. She is the reason I went to your business this year. Good help is hard to find!

The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable and will give you honest opinions when you are picking out glasses by yourself (which I am quite grateful for), and I personally feel that they have a large selection of frames to choose from. The building has a nice atmosphere and layout to it, as well. Something to know: if you have an astigmatism and don't plan on wearing glasses often (just for an hour or two before going to bed) but would also like to one day semi-soon get Lasik, don't bother wasting your money on the glasses and just put it towards Lasik later. Your eyes will take so long to adjust to the glasses after having worn your contacts that you'll never wear them and you'll have wasted your money on them. This is just what I"m personally experiencing right now -- you could be totally different. All lin all, I love the service and treatment I have received here and would recommend it to anyone else.
