They offer a great selection of glasses but most importantly they are amazing at fitting the various frame styles to best compliment an individual's personal characteristics (very helpful to my indecisiveness). The office is very update with new technologies and diagnostic systems ( I personally took a lot of interest in the various machines used on me). The staff is very friendly while knowledgeable and importantly, is willing to take time to explain for your concerns and questions. I highly recommend Ryan's office for any form of visual concerns, I shall remain a dedicated patron.

We recently arrived for an appointment and we were met by a very loud and aggressive receptionist. Typically in a doctors waiting area you want to keep personal information a little on the reserved side, but her approach and demeanor were very acerbic and discomforting. She was very bossy and not very patient. My parents are getting on in age and need a little extra time to comprehend paperwork, signed documents, etc. She was very flip and not at all sympathetic to the situation. There needs to be a little more "care" demonstrated with regards to this Eye Care office.

However, I've been going here for years now, and the same three secretaries are rude and short every single time I call. They act as if the patients are beneath them and are interrupting them. When I rang to see if they could see me, a lady named Sue answered and she was lovely! Managed to squeeze me in on that very day, and was more than accommodating, thank you again Sue : ) When I showed up for my appointment there was another lady at the desk who was equally as sweet and kind, they had me fill out a short form, and within 10 minutes I was sitting with Dr. Sikora. Dr Sikora was great, very kind and attentive, as soon as she realized that my eyes were incredibly sensitive to light, she turned the overhead lights off to ease my discomfort which I really appreciated. The exam didn't take too long and Dr. Sikora saw the problem and prescribed some medicine. I've only taken one dose of the meds, it's the next day, and I'm already feeling better. I can't thank this group of lovely people enough. I think I've found my new opticians!!
