The eye doctor was nice and talked through my questions and concerns. The staff then sat with me to find the perfect frames. I loved that she pulled them for me so I could just sit at the mirror and try on pair after pair. Also appreciate that she brought me SO many to pick from and was adamant I try until I loved them. Ended up buying a pair with snap on sunglasses which I love, but after a couple of months, I noticed that the lenses were scratched more than just normal wear and tear would have caused. I took them back and they were able to get them fixed under the warranty so all around great experience.

Wrong prescription!!…read more I visited this location on March 31, 2021! The doctor and the staff were decent. The exam didn't take much time. I received my glasses maybe a week later. When I got them they were dirty. The front desk lady was upset because I asked her to clean them. I'm sorry--but who wants to pick up dirty glasses? A few days later the glasses were horrible! They hurt my eyes and gave me a headache. I had to resort to my old pair. I called to tell the doctor about my issue. I went back in for him to "correct" the prescription. In the office, everything seems fine. I'm guessing because I only had them on less than 2 mins. So that didn't give my eyes time to adjust! Two days later these lenses are giving me the same problem. The prescription is just too strong. At this point, I'm over it. I couldn't just drop what I was doing for the doctor to "correct" my prescription again. So I finally had time and he told me it's been too long and I have to pay for this visit-- because my eyes changed within 2-3 months. Seriously!!! You want me to pay YOU to correct YOUR mistake. It just didn't make sense. I'll just count this as a loss and move on. I will take the rest of my money elsewhere. This isn't my 3rd pair of glasses so I KNOW what I'm talking about when it comes to my lenses and eyes. Buyer beware!
