Failed to properly recalibrate my sensors correctly so my speedometer was off by 4mph. I didn't feel like going back so I just lived with it. Recently I gave them another chance (years later) and I had the same experience with the technician getting grease on now my passenger side A-pillar. Worst of all my head up display on my glass is now crooked (no adjustment for this on my car - only up, down, left, right). The technician said there was also a problem with the plastic piece that glass sits on saying it comes that way from the factory sometimes. Ironically I had him show me and he was able to fix it. Little did he know, they were the last people who installed my glass. Not very truthful with what he was telling me. He tried showing me how it doesn't snap on place correctly, once he moved it, it went in place just fine. Gave this place a second chance because the Rancho location has similar reviews, I'll be taking future business to another reputable company at this point.

Unlike their previous operation, where you could easily reach a live person and they would help coordinate directly with your insurance company, everything is now handled through automated text messages. I was never able to get a live representative on the phone despite multiple attempts. After being told to contact my insurance company myself and open a claim (something Safe Choice used to handle for customers), I completed the process and attempted to follow up. Again, no answer--just more automated texts. Eventually, I received a text message to schedule an appointment and booked service for 8:30 AM on Tuesday, 6/2. The problem? Nobody ever showed up. No phone call, no text, no email, and no explanation. I wasted my entire morning waiting for a technician who never arrived. The company advertises itself as "#1 in Windshields," but based on my experience they might be #1 in not showing up to do the work. This level of communication and customer service is extremely unprofessional. Customers shouldn't have to chase down basic information or sit around waiting for appointments that are never honored. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Safe Choice Auto Glass and would encourage others to consider a company that values its customers' time and provides reliable communication.

Ricardo handled the install on my Viofo 3-channel setup that I brought in myself, and the work came out very clean and OEM-looking. Wiring is tucked away nicely and everything functions properly including parking mode. You can tell these guys have experience and take pride in their work.
