Awful company. They are the get in and get out type. no looking back to check their work. Snow service is not done to any of our customers satisfaction. We are mostly all seniors that need our garage areas clean. even after they are called out to do it right, the next week we are in the same situation. Piles of snow missed. read more

They ignored my complaint and I have not heard from them...no accountability, apology or offer to fix the problem...a complete lack of professionalism... read more

After talking to Visionary Landscaping at a home fair, we decided to hire them to install some drainage lines in our back yard. They were very responsive and were at our house promptly to give us a quote for the work. We gave them a 10% deposit in March 2015, with the understanding that the work would be done once the ground had thawed. After they got our money, all communication stopped. Weeks would go by and we would not hear a thing about when our work was scheduled. It took us calling them and checking in for FOUR MONTHS STRAIGHT before they actually came to our house and did the job. The entire transaction was completely unprofessional. We would leave voicemails asking about when the work would be done. They wouldn't call us back. It finally took us threatening to go with a different contractor for them to actually come out and do the 8 hr job. It was absolutely ridiculous. By the time they did the work, they had no business record of the 10% payment (by check) that we made to them back in March. I had to provide them with a PDF of the check! Who doesn't keep business records of that kind of stuff?!? They broke several sections of our sprinkler lines while they were out digging in our backyard. Rather than talk to us and offer to repair or at least rebury them, they just left them poking up out of the ground for us to fix/rebury. We warned them of underground phone/cable/power lines that were in the area where they were digging. They must have called the utility companies right before they did the work to mark the lines. The phone company must have not gotten enough notice because they came out the day after the work was done to mark the lines. Visionary ended up hitting and severing the phone line to the house. There are also random cable lines that they hit and broke. They just left those sticking up through the ground. It was an absolute nightmare to work with this company. They truly do not care about their customers or their professional image. There are SO many landscapers in this area - please do yourself a favor and hire someone else. read more

Visionary Landscape designed and installed our beautiful front landscaping. They did such a great job that when we needed to remove an existing raised paver patio (installed by someone else) that was deteriorated, we hired them again. They patiently provided us with multiple designs. They installed a beautiful new multi-level patio and fireplace during some of the hottest summer weather. They did such a great job that the paver manufacturer photographed and included our patio in their following year's brochure. We also had them install lighting in the front and back yards. This company delivers beautiful designs, quality work and they use quality products. I will use them again and highly recommend them. read more

I wanted to post a revised review of Visionary Landscaping from the one posted in 2015. I will say that they did come back in the spring and replaced the plants that didn't make it through the winter. Along with that we decided to use them to landscape our front yard as we totally rebuilt our front deck on our home built in 1917. They were prompt and made suggestions with the different plants along with moving a tree that they thought should be on the opposite side of the porch - everything turned out beautifully. read more

Visionary replaced my deck with a stone patio, fire pit and walkway. They estimated that it would take 2weeks and it did. We are very satisfied with the results and would hire them again when the time comes to do the front of the house. read more

Visionary did a great job on our patio and landscape lights two years ago. It looks as good now as the day they finished. Looking to do a couple more smaller jobs to fix up the plantings and make an expansion to the patio. read more

We had three landscaping companies provide designs and quotes to completely refurbish our outdoors and create a unique design with a paver walkway, porch and water feature. Kipp and his team were very professional. At the initial visit, we shared our budget of $20,000 and what we expected. The other companies did not listen to our needs as well as Visionary and one quote came in at $31k and the other at $23k. The others did not have a detailed plan or even a legible drawing. Visionary was well organized. Visionary came back with a detailed plan, a drawing, when the work would be completed and how long it would take. Over the years, we had some water issues and they were all solved by getting the water from the downspouts to a sufficient distance from the home. They installed this in June of 2016. After the installation, we wanted a few shrubs moved and we though one of the trees was in distress, they came out a few days later and assured us that if it died, it would be replaced, and they believed it would be fine. They were correct there was no need since all shrubbery and trees all took well and look very healthy. Visionary also managed the irrigation system project which was part of the deal and Kipp installed low voltage lighting which I purchased at no extra cost. Although the system I purchased failed in a couple of areas. They came out and fixed it for us pro bono. We will use them again on another project in 2017 when we tear out our back patio and construct a three season room. btw, the paver work is an A+. Great design and flow and lots of wows from the neighbors, friends and family. read more

Like other reviewers, I too now agree that you SHOULD NOT USE VISIONARY LANDSCAPING. After nearly a month of dealing with Visionary Landscaping to have warranty work done at our house, which during such time they told me that they would indeed to the work, I have now learned that they are refusing to do the work as guaranteed. This might be one of the most unprofessional businesses with whom I have ever dealt. The owner won't even speak with me at this point. DO NOT USE THEM. UPDATE: Even though I posted this review back in June, Visionary Landscaping commented nearly 5 months later. That seems ironic because it took nearly 5 weeks to get a final answer from them when I first called to see if their work was covered by the warranty with the previous homeowner. When I first called and spoke with one of their employees, I was assured that they would be out to check the landscaping issues and most likely replace it. I was told that I would get a follow up call once they were out to my house. After several phone calls and emails, I was told by other employees that they would replace the landscaping that was covered by their warranty. I explained during my first call, and each subsequent call and email, that I purchased the home and that the previous homeowner purchased the landscaping from Visionary Landscaping. After 5 weeks, even though I was assured several times that the landscaping would be replaced, I was told abruptly that they would not be replacing the landscaping. I asked to speak with the owner and he declined to even speak with me. Even assuming their warranty did not transfer to me as the subsequent homeowner, and/or that the plants were not maintained properly by the previous homeowner, Visionary Landscaping was very rude to me as they strung me on for 5 weeks before changing their mind by telling me that they would not replace the landscaping. Although I was not their original customer, as a prospective customer, they treated me very poorly. When they offered to replace the landscaping at their wholesale cost and with free labor, I naturally declined because of the way they treated me. Had they told me up front, or even after a week or two after we first discussed the issues, that we were not covered by the warranty, I would have understood. But the lack of respect me even as potential customer was very rude. With that being said, I will never recommend them. read more

Very professional and did a great job cleaning up each day and after project. They were able to adjust to changing needs quickly. Had some additional work done while they were on site that was not originally quoted. Accepted the request and performed the tasks. Price for additional tasks seemed a bit high but final pricing for all work was negotiated. read more
