It was my first time back to getting eyelash extensions after a 8-9 month break so I was excited to have them again. I left that salon in tears because it hurt AND they were terrible looking. I have an event the next day and there was no way I was going to show up with these extensions. I called 3 other salons before TFB and no one could take me, which I get. But I called TFB and not only was the person who answered prompt and friendly, they were able to get me in that evening for a Lash Removal. Normally lash removals take 30 mins but the botch job from the other salon took TWO hours. CeeJae worked her magic (and patience) and got it all removed.
