My daughter was charged $39 for an eye photo and I wasn't charged for it. I was speaking to the front desk and I hear oops and the line goes dead. I wait for a reasonable amount of time for him to call me back because he had my name, my daughter's name and my phone number. No call back. I called to speak to the office manager. She will be out of the office til next week sometime maybe. I wasn't happy during my visit too. Didn't answer my questions and literally the fastest eye exam ever. In and out in 15 mins? Sounds great but I had questions. I was told they weren't doing eye dilation anymore because they have this new camera that didn't make it necessary I wasn't charged but my daughter was, even though they don't do eye dialation anymore. I really liked the old business but I have had enough of their just treating you like a number on an assembly line. Then hanging up on a person and not even having the courtesy to call them back.

My phone was wider at the top and narrow at the bottom and distance there were spots on left lense. After returning them the front lady did everything to convince me that it was all in my head but would send them in to see if there was an issue. Three weeks went by and no response and called 4 times and straight to voice mail. I was assured that the lenses were re done. When I got home same phone issue wide at top and narrow at bottom and also spots when looking at a distance. I think the glasses were thrown under desk and never sent in and returned to me in same condition when I dropped them off.

The glasses at our eye doctor are pricy so decided to try Target Optical for a cheaper replacement (already exhausted our warranty for his glasses). We were helped by Crystal. She was amazing. We got there 20 minutes before closing and never hurried us. She took her time and made sure my son got a pair he wanted. She was thorough and made sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend!

I am an adult and I spoke to her in a professional manner. My husband and I are new to the area; he wants to find another optometrist for his exam. My daughter had the same impression and she is twenty.

I did sleep consistently in my contacts and ended up with corneal ulcers, but these docs were not at fault and took good care of me and I got the ulcers cleared up. The staff have been wonderful. Including the docs. I had Dr. Halstad(or something like that) she was awesome. And Dr. Lucia(or something like that, it's a woman) was also awesome. I have to get my eyes checked twice a year or more often, and it's been great here. I got my first bifocals here and they are awesome as well! It's clean. The staff is wonderful. Family friendly. Prices are good. I got mono vision contacts and love them. And I now take them out at bedtime. I even got prescription contacts that made my eyes look like wolves. And I've reviewed a lot of places. I know good and bad service. And in the(bare minimum of)15+ visits over the last 6+ years, never a bad visit. No idea where all the negative reviews are coming from. Lot parking. He could not authorize me to pick it up, he could not email and ask them to release it via email or mail to him. Federal law does allow the release verbally and/or via email. The customer service help line was able to give us what we needed in less than five minutes. Please educate managers and staff on federal law.
