The doctor here is fine. The problem is with their opticians and their lab. My wife and I each got…read morenew frames and lenses there this summer. I had to send mine back to the lab twice, my wife once. Their lab didn't put on the anti-glare coating we paid for, and when they came back after fixing their mistake, they had bent my frames really badly. So back it went again. They also didn't put the coating on my wife's glasses either. My wife has bifocals, and they were also mis-measured the first time we were there. Between the two of us, we've had to come back 5-6 times just to get the proper lenses and fit. Understandable, sometimes mistakes are made. They did fix it. However, the other problem comes from their opticians. Not once did we get a "sorry" or any sympathy at all from either optician we worked with. They acted like we were the ones inconveniencing them. We're not asking for anything free, just a little common courtesy. The tall skinny one really acted like we were ruining her day each time we came in. Was going to let it slide, until we came in today for a routine adjustment (we have 2 little kids, they're hard on frames). As soon as we walked in, I saw the two problem opticians whisper to each other. The tall skinny one was very short and rude in her greeting to my wife, and didn't make any move to help us. The shorter one was more pleasant and got us both adjusted properly. We'll still go in for adjustments, but I'll never spend another dime here again on frames or lenses, especially not as long as they have whatever lab they're currently using.

First they charge a 4% service fee which can cause a huge headache when turning it into insurance. Second, when my glasses did arrive I tried the pair of Oakley glasses I ordered on only to have the frames break in 3 different pieces. Not a big deal things happen. They said they would order them again and have the order expedited. Following week comes along and no one had called me so I called the store to see how long it would take for them to come in (frustrated of course). They proceeded to tell me that the glasses were back ordered and that they have no idea when they will come in. They didn't bother to call me and tell me they were back ordered. so when I asked why they didn't call me the representative gave me attitude. At this point I asked for a manager to call back to get a refund. When the manager from Johnston location called back they accused me of threatening the staff when all I said was if they didn't email my refund receipt then I'm going to come down in person to get it. Again I would avoid the headache, and customer service they offer at this place. People and places like this should not be in business! Bad customer service is one thing, I'm used to it, and you see it everywhere, but wanting to call the cops and accusing me of threatening the staff because I want a refund/receipt is where I draw the line. Service and businesses that have people like this representing them should be reprimanded!

Waited almost two months for a new carburetor that they replace and at the end they says it didn't needed to change. Sat there for almost two months and their excuse was it's not a priority anymore since it turned into spring. Thats after they already took my money. N then I'm not a priority anymore. They didn't give me my starter cord back waited two weeks after letting them know without a single call on what happened to it. Finally went to the store and told them that . N got a call from the mechanic saying. I'm no longer a priority which set me off. N went off. Owner got on the phone n made excuses for his employees n basically got trespassed over the phone . I was told to pick my cord but I'm not allowed in the store. Went off again n owner told me to shove my cord up my ass. So at the end of the day. Never support these types of businesses .
