The doctor here is fine. The problem is with their opticians and their lab. My wife and I each got…read morenew frames and lenses there this summer. I had to send mine back to the lab twice, my wife once. Their lab didn't put on the anti-glare coating we paid for, and when they came back after fixing their mistake, they had bent my frames really badly. So back it went again. They also didn't put the coating on my wife's glasses either. My wife has bifocals, and they were also mis-measured the first time we were there. Between the two of us, we've had to come back 5-6 times just to get the proper lenses and fit. Understandable, sometimes mistakes are made. They did fix it. However, the other problem comes from their opticians. Not once did we get a "sorry" or any sympathy at all from either optician we worked with. They acted like we were the ones inconveniencing them. We're not asking for anything free, just a little common courtesy. The tall skinny one really acted like we were ruining her day each time we came in. Was going to let it slide, until we came in today for a routine adjustment (we have 2 little kids, they're hard on frames). As soon as we walked in, I saw the two problem opticians whisper to each other. The tall skinny one was very short and rude in her greeting to my wife, and didn't make any move to help us. The shorter one was more pleasant and got us both adjusted properly. We'll still go in for adjustments, but I'll never spend another dime here again on frames or lenses, especially not as long as they have whatever lab they're currently using.

By far the worst experience I have ever had getting glasses before. Unfriendly employees and…read moreowner/owners of this company. Overpriced and inconsistent product. Will never be coming back. Going to Lenscrafters instead.

Wow, I just read the reviews of this place. I go here at least twice a year for the last 6+ years…read morewithout any problems. None. I did sleep consistently in my contacts and ended up with corneal ulcers, but these docs were not at fault and took good care of me and I got the ulcers cleared up. The staff have been wonderful. Including the docs. I had Dr. Halstad(or something like that) she was awesome. And Dr. Lucia(or something like that, it's a woman) was also awesome. I have to get my eyes checked twice a year or more often, and it's been great here. I got my first bifocals here and they are awesome as well! It's clean. The staff is wonderful. Family friendly. Prices are good. I got mono vision contacts and love them. And I now take them out at bedtime. I even got prescription contacts that made my eyes look like wolves. And I've reviewed a lot of places. I know good and bad service. And in the(bare minimum of)15+ visits over the last 6+ years, never a bad visit. No idea where all the negative reviews are coming from. Lot parking.
