After booking on tge app I recieved two confirmation emails confirming both rides with time and drivers. The app requires you to set up an account with your payment information. The app showed that both rides were scheduled up until 4 hours before first pick up. At 4am I checked app again for our 4:15am pick up and noticed both rides where no longer on. To male a long story short our ride never showed. I call the office and no one answered. Two days later when I got a hold of someone in the office they apologized and said that they would be in contact with me after checking with operations. When they called me back the person proceeded to tell me that you are not able to book rides on the app and that there is no way that I could have booked my rides that way. Obviously they knew that they screwed up and tried to put the fault on me. When I asked why I would have gotten confirmation emails then the person started raising her voice to me telling me that was impossible since you can't book a ride on the app. Unfortunately I will never use this service again and will never recommend them to anyone.
