It is also home to GO Transit's Waterloo-Mississauga route, Greyhound services to London, Guelph, and Toronto, Megabus services to Hamilton and Niagara Falls, and Aboutown routes to rural areas in Southwestern Ontario. I personally do not like the setup of this terminal. The setup of different islands or "pods" meant that you have to go around the terminal or go up the escalator and through the bridge if you need to access a different pod. That increases inconvenience, and the terminal isn't exactly the most wheelchair accessible area. The worst thing about this terminal, however, is the stupid Greyhound kiosk that is located along one of the bus lanes. Vehicles have to travel VERY slow in order to pass it to avoid hitting the kiosk accidentally. I find that rather despicable and inconsiderate on the side of Greyhound. There's also crazy people every so often in the terminal, but that's the case for many cities anyway.

Multiple barfs and two days of bereavement later, I call the bus line first thing Monday morning AS SOON as they open to please please please please PLEASE don't throw away teddy - have you seen him!!!??? Nope. Get bounced around to different ppl... Not having a good feeling. Call first thing Tuesday. Yep, still looking out for him, we'll have maintenance keep an eye out. Yada yada. Get a call today. Oh, apparently maintenance did see him and thought he was garbage - he was just covered in food she says. Not sure how that happened I say as he must have just fallen on the floor under her seat. Not sure she says. Don't you have a lost and found I say? Oh ya she says, but again, thought he was garbage. Hmm. After much huffing and puffing and 'not my jobbing' miss helpful tells me that the dumpster has not been emptied yet and garbage day is tomorrow. Since a mother's love no bounds it is time to get my dumpster diving on. 30 bags and one giant fricking door that weighed twice my weight later, I find him. Perfectly preserved with our zoo pamphlets and not a spot on him, smelling of floor cleaner. Oh I also found ppls shirts and sweaters and pillows. So. Note to all. Great service to get you safely where you want to go. Just don't leave your shit on the bus - their lost and found is coincidentally in the dumpster located at the back.

This is a pretty tiny train station. Very poor customer service. We booked an airport shuttle on…read morethe app as recommend on the website as well as being told this on previous booking. After booking on tge app I recieved two confirmation emails confirming both rides with time and drivers. The app requires you to set up an account with your payment information. The app showed that both rides were scheduled up until 4 hours before first pick up. At 4am I checked app again for our 4:15am pick up and noticed both rides where no longer on. To male a long story short our ride never showed. I call the office and no one answered. Two days later when I got a hold of someone in the office they apologized and said that they would be in contact with me after checking with operations. When they called me back the person proceeded to tell me that you are not able to book rides on the app and that there is no way that I could have booked my rides that way. Obviously they knew that they screwed up and tried to put the fault on me. When I asked why I would have gotten confirmation emails then the person started raising her voice to me telling me that was impossible since you can't book a ride on the app. Unfortunately I will never use this service again and will never recommend them to anyone. This was a very long awaited trip on a disney cruise. All these young adults had saved their own money for this trip. the limo was suppopse to arrive at 11 am ( i have the confirmation) at 11 am no limo I thought they might be running late.... No phone call no email nothing I call the number 519 221 5466 to see whats up? i am put through to somebody covering the phones? they dont know whats going then they have a dispatcher from Brampton ( who tried his best to help us out) call me with the best he could do; "it would take an hour to get to us then another hour to get to the airport in affect making these guys miss their flight!! Not a phone call not an email from the original company we booked through. We scrambled and one of the parents had a vehicle big enough to take everyone thank goodness. our group at least made their flight no thanks to this company. I sent an email to the email address i originally booked through when i finally got an answer back was told That they were terribly sorry for how this turned out. but they were down a limo do to unforeseen issues. Which i thought was funny as we weren't contacted at all from them but the Brampton dispatcher when he tried to get a hold of him was sent a text that he was driving another client and would call him later????????
