This morning the cab was not here for this arranged time, and when we called to see where the driver was they said they would not be there for another 10/15 minutes, at this point my parents were going to miss their connection, and therefore, miss their flight. This was extremely stressful and we had to arrange for an alternative method of transportation very last minute. I just called in regards to this situation and at 4am the cab was STILL not here and would still not be here for God knows how long. I requested to launch a complaint and they said that it is not guaranteed because sometimes they don't have drivers out at this time.... then why do you accept and promise advanced pickup arrangements, especially when you know it is in relation to travelling to the airport. Pick up was scheduled for 5am. My wife reconfirmed pickup time and availability the day before after pre-booking it two months in advance. 5am came, no limo. 5:10am came, no limo. I started calling the number at 5:05am and continued calling until 5:20am when our two Waterloo Taxis arrived to take us instead. I emailed the owner with no response. We obviously cancelled our returned and booked through Brentwood Livery instead and had an amazing experience. Absolutely brutal that the owner never picked us up and even worse that we never received an explanation. Our family and friends used to use them exclusively but haven't since.

We missed our flight by 5 minutes then spent 5 hours trying to get another flight which we did but we had to fly to a different airport hours away from our original destination. I emailed Keith many times asking for an explanation and he has never replied. Obviously he doesn't care about his customers or the time and money we put into planning our vacation. He doesn't even have the balls to respond, coward!!! I will never use this service again, I refuse to use a service that could care less about their customers or how much of our vacation was wasted trying to get to our destination because of his no show limo.
