This morning the cab was not here for this arranged time, and when we called to see where the driver was they said they would not be there for another 10/15 minutes, at this point my parents were going to miss their connection, and therefore, miss their flight. This was extremely stressful and we had to arrange for an alternative method of transportation very last minute. I just called in regards to this situation and at 4am the cab was STILL not here and would still not be here for God knows how long. I requested to launch a complaint and they said that it is not guaranteed because sometimes they don't have drivers out at this time.... then why do you accept and promise advanced pickup arrangements, especially when you know it is in relation to travelling to the airport. Within a minute or so after we entered the terminal I realized that my cell phone was left on the seat. The company has no answering service at all after hours. We were unable to reach anyone at their office because they have no answering service and their mailboxes were full. When we reached our destination I was lucky to have wifi, so I could use Skype to try to reach them. Late in the afternoon, I finally reached owner of the company and told him to use UPS to send the phone via the fastest method and to insure it. He claimed that he didn't have a tracking number, which is impossible. He blamed UPS for all of the delay. He did email me a copy of the UPS receipt which was $32. I finally got the phone back one week later after about one dozen calls to various UPS offices. The UPS store on Victoria St. N. in Kitchener told me that the owner refused to pay for insurance and for expedited delivery. When we got home, we noticed that he charged our credit card for a roundtrip and I believe the $32 might have been included. He has sent us very angry responses when we asked him to refund just the return trip back home. This is the worst customer service that we have ever had from any limo service. We usually use Wright limo. They have a toll-free number that is manned 24/7. The answering service picks up and calls the owner directly if there are concerns. How can a limo company operate without an answering service? How can they not provide emergency numbers? WE WILL NEVER USE ENERGY LIMO AGAIN. CALL WRIGHT LIMO IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
