If I could put negative stars I would!…read more I had travled to Georgia to see my husband who is currently training at Fort Benning. My plan was to fly into Harts-field International, because it was cheaper then flying directly into Columbus. The 100 mile difference between Atlanta and Columbus was going to cost me $78 with another service so, determined to save a buck, I continued my search and came across this pathetic excuse for a shuttle service. Once I arrived in Atlanta I knew I had a couple hours before my shuttle would arrive and I was prepared for the wait. Half an hour before it's due arrival time I went to sit out in the ground transportation area. My shuttle was scheduled to arrived at noon. When 12:05 rolled around I wasn't too worried as it looked like traffic was bad. When 12:10 came I was a little more anxious. And by the time it was 12:18 I decided to call to make sure everything was alright. The person I got on the phone was RUDE. He told me it has only been 18 minutes not like it had been half an hour or anything. He said that they aren't a taxi service the the shuttle wasn't going to be there when I expected it to be and that I'd just have to wait. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the manager. She said she'd call her driver to find out what was up and then call me back. It took her nearly 20 minutes to do so and when she did she said he would be there shortly. At 1 she called and asked if he'd arrived and when I said no she said he would be soon. He arrived at 1:15. In the hour and forty-five minutes I waited for that shuttle I saw at least 7 of the competitors shuttles headed to Columbus go by. Also it takes about an hour and a half (up to 45 minutes if there's traffic) to go from Columbus to Atlanta and vis versa. Which means he probably left right around the time they were meant to pick me up from the airport. My nightmare doesn't really end there. My seat didn't have a seat belt. And while I couldn't find any laws against driving and talking on your phone in Georgia, I didn't quite feel safe as the driver was on his for about 60% of the trip back. The van was filthy! When I arrived in Columbus I went into their offices where I was greeted by the same manager who called me. There was no apology and she gave me a stamp card for ride 10 or so times get your 11th ride free. As if I would ever ride with them again. When I headed back to the van to collect my bag the driver was about to close the back doors. When I mentioned I had a bag he seemed to act fake surprised like he didn't remember putting it back there. I took their competitor back to the airport. Much more professional, prompt and clean. I don't think I'll think too much about paying the $15 extra for their competitors service next time I travel to Columbus.

YOU, YES YOU! You need to read below!!…read more Rule 1 of travelling life: You do not take the Courtesy Shuttle ever in Georgia. Rule 2 of travelling life: YOU DO NOT TAKE the Courtesy Shuttle ever in Georgia. I wish I could give negative stars and it is with deep regret that I'm forced by Yelp to award 1/5. I took this shuttle from the Atlanta Airport to LaGrange. The fat and unhelpful driver first seated me in, then asked me to stand out so he could circle around and get in the line of shuttles! I had to wait 25 mins outside until he returned. It's not over yet. Part 2 - he waited 20 mins more because I was the only one in the shuttle and he couldn't find anyone else. Not only was the service a disaster, the driver was extremely unprofessional. He spat saliva with every word he spoke, moved like a snail, wasted time and had no sense of urgency, and made me wait for an unbearably long time. I finally had to turn to Groome which was much quicker. I reached the client's site almost an hour late and was furious. I HOPE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE IS SOMEDAY COMPELLED TO CLOSE ITS BUSINESS.

We took Groome from Auburn to ATL to catch a flight after a weekend of visiting friends. The driver…read morewas very nice, pick up was timely, the price was reasonable, the van was clean and the drive was safe but still efficient. However, caution to any customers of size (larger than 200lbs or taller than 5'6") Their vans are NOT built for larger passengers. The seats are small and the rows are very close together. Our shuttle was packed full and we could hardly move. My legs were numb after being smashed into the back of seat in front of me for the entire 90 minute drive and my partner (who is skinny but very tall) hardly fit in his seat and his legs didn't fit in between the seats and ended up with a bruise on his legs from having to sit on the seatbelt buckle the whole trip. All that to say, keep that in mind when deciding to use them but I would still use them again if needed.

VERY BAD AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE!!!…read more Here is the background: I booked two tickets for a trip from Atlanta to Chattanooga on 05/24/2023. On the day, the bus was scheduled to depart at 7:15 AM. My group arrived at the designated spot at 6:50 AM, well ahead of the departure time. However, to our surprise, the bus did not show up until 7:40 AM. During this extended waiting period, I had to urgently use the airport restroom. Unfortunately, while I was inside, the bus arrived and, according to my friend who was still waiting at the spot, the driver refused to wait for us and departed, even though I was merely 3 feet away from the bus, and shouting loudly behind that "I am here!". Later, I called the office to express my frustration and seek a resolution. However, the customer service representative refused to offer any form of refund for the inconvenience caused, saying that the management decided that the bus driver arrived on time and is of no obligation to my loss. I have outlined all the problems in this chaotic process below. These can all be checked by the airport surveillance videos, recorded customer service conversations, and the payment records: 1. The bus did not arrive on time, which clearly violates the rules set forth by the company. It is unjustifiable for anyone to retain customers' payment for a service that was not provided as agreed upon. 2. When I contacted the customer service, I was shocked to hear that the bus supposedly arrived on time and thus bore no responsibility for my loss. Again, how could you outright lie when the surveillance footage can clearly prove the bus was late? Additionally, there are airport staff who were witnesses to the entire incident. 3. There payment system is highly questionable. They request tips during the reservation process. Although I had reservations about making an upfront payment without experiencing the quality of their service, I still decided to tip 20% of the bus fare due to my understanding of the demanding nature of the profession from my previous work experiences with many long-haul drivers internationally. However, the quality of service I received fell far below the minimum expectations. At the very least, they should refund me for the tipping portion of my payment. I have to post my experiences here! Avoid this transportation company and save your day!

The service was okay until this last spring of 2017 when I booked a $200 pick-up from Charlotte back to Clemson University. My son was coming home from an abroad program and I had to change the date of pick-up by 1 day. I called FIRST to confirm that was okay and JAMES GIBBS the owner of the business said it would be fine and directed me to GO on their website under the order # and make the change. He confirmed that there would be no additional charge. Well after I made the change to the existing reservation, the company charged me AGAIN an additional $200 so now I was being charged $400 for a one way pick up from Charlotte Airport back to Clemson. When I noticed the double charge on my credit card in April of 2017, I immediately began calling and emailing the company's phone number and email address from which I received the confirmations of bookings. This is where it gets FRUSTRATING! I called approximately 30 times at various times of day over the course of 3 months (90 days) trying to get a hold of anyone at the company. There was no answer 28 out of the 30 phone attempts. On 1 occasion after 2 months I got a hold of James who said that there was some problem with the system and he could not credit me the $199 until after the scheduled pick-up. So the charge sat on my credit card. After the pick-up was complete, he sent me 1 email saying he credited it back but he DID NOT. It sat on my card another 30 days and after another say 15 phone attempts and several days with no answer at this business during business hours, he answered 1 time and said he will issue the credit. But it did not happen. I had my son look in his phone log to get me the number of John, the driver that picked him up who informed me that James is a full time student trying to get some sort of degree and he is NOT IN THE OFFICE DURING THE DAYS. That explains why this business does not answer their customer calls during business hours as they misrepresent being open for business. John said he would text James and ask him to issue me the credit. Finally after 90 days he issued me the credit (not including interest on my credit card). And to top it off - James promised me on the phone that for my frustration and the charge sitting on my credit card for 90 days, he would offer my son 1 free shuttle pick up which I needed in August. Another lie by the owner of this company. I emailed him the reservation info I needed 4-5 times, called again another 5 times, and he ignored all my calls, voice message and emails. He and his company are a fraud, are not open for business, take people's money, making it almost impossible to get refunds when it is THEIR mistake, make false business promises etc. Stay clear of James and this company.
