The majority of the drivers are very nice and all of them have been great/safe drivers. I've been using Groome for at least 6 years. The only thing that bugs me is their cancellation policy. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, they don't refund you or give you a credit if that cancellation is less than 24 hrs before your scheduled van time. That's crazy! Especially with the airline industry having to cancel flights so much lately. I wish Groome would provide a credit for a later van time. You can add yourself to the list at the shuttle pick up instead of booking online to avoid the possibility of a cancel/delay but then you're risking it if there's no seats available. Overall, I love the convenience of Groome and all the trips they've saved my parents/friends from having to drive.

We took Groome from Auburn to ATL to catch a flight after a weekend of visiting friends. The driver…read morewas very nice, pick up was timely, the price was reasonable, the van was clean and the drive was safe but still efficient. However, caution to any customers of size (larger than 200lbs or taller than 5'6") Their vans are NOT built for larger passengers. The seats are small and the rows are very close together. Our shuttle was packed full and we could hardly move. My legs were numb after being smashed into the back of seat in front of me for the entire 90 minute drive and my partner (who is skinny but very tall) hardly fit in his seat and his legs didn't fit in between the seats and ended up with a bruise on his legs from having to sit on the seatbelt buckle the whole trip. All that to say, keep that in mind when deciding to use them but I would still use them again if needed.

I would give more stars if I could! I had requested a quote…read moreand received one promptly for service from Georgia Coach Lines in Atlanta, Georgia. Sadly, my manager decided we should go cheap and so I didn't accept their quote, went with another company on the cheap option - what a mistake! The cheap company canceled on me four hours before departure time! (I posted a review on them also, believe me!) Scrambling for alternatives, I called almost every rental car service to find that almost no vehicles were available in Atlanta. Bus and transport services were booked up. In a panic, I reached out to Georgia Coach Lines to see if their quote was still valid and if they could rescue us. The lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY helpful and upon hearing my panic and desperate plea, she leapt into action. She said 'let me make a few phone calls and I will call you right back!' Meanwhile I was still calling other services, to no avail... Within ten minutes she called me back and said she had a driver ready, and they could do it! This company managed to get a bus to the Atlanta airport to pick up a football team on just over an hour's notice... all of this happened while the team was in the air, so they didn't even have to wait or worry. I am truly impressed with Georgia Coach Lines' fantastic customer service and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

He seemed like a really interesting person with lots of stories to tell; normally I would have had a conversation with him but I needed to get some sleep because I had early morning appointments in Tuscaloosa. As bad as my flights had been, everything with Crown was smooth smooth smooth; I would definitely use their service again.

Was informed at that point that our daughter may have to share the ride with someONE else(as it was a busy finals week), and if that happened the rate would be less(awesome). Daughter was contacted the day before her pick-up and told if she wasn't prompt she'd be left (no problem). Was picked up 4 hours before her flight was to leave(3:35 before boarding began..perfect!). One hour and twenty-seven minutes later she was still in Tuscaloosa picking up seven other passengers. We understood the possibility existed it could be a ride-share with someONE else. This led us to believe it could be two parties total, one other and our daughter. The dictionary defines 'someone' as singular, not plural. Lesson learned, we'll make sure to have all potential scenarios understood in the future. Made it to flight on-time, but disappointing experience. For what its worth, the driver was engaging and did an excellent job.
