I have never seen an office that is more locked down and lacking of customer service. The office is lovely and the product is good, hence my three stars. But it is time to improve the customer experience and stop the need for a secret knock to get in the door. It's ridiculous, inconvenient and represents your overall customer experience. Sorry, but there are a TON of options these days. Nobody needs to feel like they have to beg for a call back , an email response, or a pop in to ask a question. My experience has been that getting any response is challenging, at best, with multiple follow-ups by me and the visit is not welcomed. What's great about Your Eyes Image is the combination of how thorough and knowledgeable Dr. Maher is, as well as the entire staff and the lab used to create the corrected lenses. I have worn glasses since the age of 12, so I have a reasonable expectations. After choosing a nice pair of frames over the holiday I was looking forward to picking them up but not prepared for the most complete correction. I was so surprised! I wear bifocals and have for some years and grown accustomed to "how I see" with my glasses on. This is different, it is the most complete-correction I do not feel like I'm wearing glasses at all! Important to note I do not have progressive lenses I have the block of reading correction built into this lens, but I don't see the line anymore. I just feel like I have my vision back! Yes, there's great advancements in the high-index plastic but a great correction also requires the right Rx and the staff was so thorough with all the options, landing on what was just right for me. This is the worst optometrist I have ever been to. I was a patient for two years, and suffering…read morefrom giant papillary conjunctivitis which he, as a trained professional was unable to detect. However, he did provide me with a steroid eye drop, which due to its potency should include frequent follow ups-- which he failed to provide. I now have a very serious condition due to his lack of attention to details, and his eagerness to provide a solution that was convenient for him, albeit dangerous for me, as steroids are famous for leading to high eye pressure, and should only EVER be used as a temporary solution. He had me on this for two years. Needless to say, I am beyond furious, and will never recommend him, as his visits always seemed rushed and unprofessional.
