I have only ever worn bi weekly's and never been told my other doctors they were not safe. After my exams were done here, she told me to try daily's. I told her I would try them, but would most likely go back to bi weekly's since they are more cost effective. She ultimately told me they don't carry anything other than daily's but to try the daily's and if I don't like them to come back and she can fix the rx. I agreed but later that day they only sent my glasses rx and withheld my contacts rx. I called and they said they would not be able to give me the bi weekly rx. Had I known they were not going to allow me to get a bi weekly rx, I would have never done the exam with them! Be mindful of this before you book with them!! They ended up giving the rx as a "courtesy" but that was after days of trying to resolve this. They were also trying to charge me an extra "fee" because I didn't bring in my old prescription. But after I told them I purchased glasses through them, they were suddenly able to find the prescription in my file. I was also told I should buy drops and hard contacts. This is the most exceptional place!!!…read more I had attempted to schedule an appointment on a Friday at the end of the year, and I received a message on Monday, letting me know that there were no appointments available. Since their system allowed me to request and hold a specific time, I was a little bit confused and upset about this. Granted, I recognized that I was the main problem since I waited until the end of the year to book the appointment. Erika was so kind! She offered to squeeze me in. Once I got there, I had a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. The girl who helped me through the machines in the first part of the exam was very sweet. I didn't catch her name, but she did a great job. Dr Katherine was terrific, just as she previously was when I brought one of my daughters in to see her a while back. Michelle took care of ordering my glasses, and she was so patient and personable. I love this place. Next year, I'll remember to book earlier in the season.

What's great about Your Eyes Image is the combination of how thorough and knowledgeable Dr. Maher is, as well as the entire staff and the lab used to create the corrected lenses. I have worn glasses since the age of 12, so I have a reasonable expectations. After choosing a nice pair of frames over the holiday I was looking forward to picking them up but not prepared for the most complete correction. I was so surprised! I wear bifocals and have for some years and grown accustomed to "how I see" with my glasses on. This is different, it is the most complete-correction I do not feel like I'm wearing glasses at all! Important to note I do not have progressive lenses I have the block of reading correction built into this lens, but I don't see the line anymore. I just feel like I have my vision back! Yes, there's great advancements in the high-index plastic but a great correction also requires the right Rx and the staff was so thorough with all the options, landing on what was just right for me.
