The ladies at the reception area welcomed us in and no time was wasted getting me in to see Dr.Jackson (one of my eyes was injured, I was in pain) DrJackson's calm, friendly demeanor and his thourough explanation of every step of the procedures was a relief (I'm a sissy about my eyes and was nervous at the time) After addressing and treating/correcting my immediate issues, Dr. Jackson's went on to examamine BOTH of my eyes. Checking interoccular pressures, examining retina, optic nerve-you name it, he checked it out! All the while being very conversational about his observations and sharing his knowledge with me in ways made easy to comprehend. Aftercare was explained (and demonstrated) in detail, so after leaving his care I knew what to expect in my recovery and exactly how to use the medicines prescribed. The level of care received was exceptional beyond what I have experienced prior (not my first rodeo) My thanks to Dr. William Jackson and his staff for making my visit so beneficial and memorable.

I called 11/14/2024 at 836 AM, my understanding is that your office was open. The woman who…read moreanswered informed me that they could not take an appointment because her computer was starting. As a former manager, my employees were expected to be ready to work at open. I chalked it up to technical issues and left a callback number for her to call once the computer was online. After waiting 45 minutes I called back, and was immediately put on hold. Okay no problem, things get busy. Then another woman picked up the phone and once i explained my experience so far, she basically had an "oh well" attitude, was cutting me off, and not listening to the answers to the questions she gave me. Distracted? Doesn't care? Too busy? I don't know, but what I do know is that the whole experience left me feeling like not only does your office not care enough to make it easy for new patients to book an appointment, they also blatantly don't care once their behavior and treatment of patients is pointed out to them. I politely declined the appointment and explained that we had gotten off on the wrong foot with the computer thing, and that I was getting the impression that the employee was not happy I called, and more annoyed or frustrated that I called for an appointment. I informed the woman of this, and her response sealed the deal. There was no "Would you like to speak to my manager?" nor any apology, resolution, or anything aside from, "Hmm, well ok!" This is bad business guys, I hope someone in charge reads this.
