When he took them in to see if maybe the prescription was wrong they told him that this type of frame would not work with his eyes. If they know that now why didn't they know that in December? Their only response was "sorry" and they offered to let him buy a different kind and pay full price again. Like I said, I really like the Dr.'s there but I am not sure we will be going back.

Today, I went for a teeth cleaning. Asked before the appt if it was just a cleaning cause I had to drop my dementia husband off for an appt! So when I arrived front desk personnel asked for $243. The same personnel that I asked the day before told me it was cleaning and x rays and evaluation I paid for it, cleaning was done, and I waited, and waited and waited, then nothing. I've worn corrective lenses for 20 years and have done all the exact tests I got done today if not more anytime I've gone. It took them 45 minutes to figure out my prescription and it seemed like nobody knew what was going on in there. They hand me trial contacts say the lady at the front will tell you prices don't even say which contact is for what eye or what my final prescription is. I told the doctor my left eye still looked blurry and he tells me I have 2020. 0/10 would not recommend unless you want to be scammed out of your money! I wish there was negative stars.
