The TSO allowed me to return them with another exam for correction. Again new perscriptions and new glasses over $300 with insurance, that I cannot use. They are still way too strong and it hurts my eyes to use them. They just sit there on the desk collecting dust and reminding me how I should have went elsewhere to get glasses. I have been making it on cheap Walgreens readers. But they are not perfect. It's a shame that the Dr's instruments do not match up with what he prescribes for glasses. I can't figure out another solution for his office. But I would not recommend this doctor.

The office charges for some exam that the insurance does not cover and when I tried to decline the extra exam the office staff said I cannot decline it and it is an extra $39 charge. I ended up paying $90 just for the exams, with using my insurance. The staff also told me that I cannot go back and order my contacts from them because I requested they "release" my prescription to me. This is so crazy. My other eye doctor never gave me grief and always provided me with my prescription after an exam. The one star I am giving is solely for the cleanliness of the office. We will not go back to this office. I would rather drive 30 minutes to get better service.

The O&G company flew me in from offshore to Surfside and I was driven to Dr. Provenzano's office in Lake Jackson for treatment. Dr. Provenzano picked the chip out of my cornea before the eye had had time to heal over. I appreciate his outstanding work to this day. I am now 77 years old and have been blessed with continued good eye sight.

The ladies at the reception area welcomed us in and no time was wasted getting me in to see Dr.Jackson (one of my eyes was injured, I was in pain) DrJackson's calm, friendly demeanor and his thourough explanation of every step of the procedures was a relief (I'm a sissy about my eyes and was nervous at the time) After addressing and treating/correcting my immediate issues, Dr. Jackson's went on to examamine BOTH of my eyes. Checking interoccular pressures, examining retina, optic nerve-you name it, he checked it out! All the while being very conversational about his observations and sharing his knowledge with me in ways made easy to comprehend. Aftercare was explained (and demonstrated) in detail, so after leaving his care I knew what to expect in my recovery and exactly how to use the medicines prescribed.
