Today, I went for a teeth cleaning. Asked before the appt if it was just a cleaning cause I had to drop my dementia husband off for an appt! So when I arrived front desk personnel asked for $243. I asked "for a cleaning"? The same personnel that I asked the day before told me it was cleaning and x rays and evaluation I paid for it, cleaning was done, and I waited, and waited and waited, then nothing. The provider did not come after 20-30minutes. Then i received a text from my husband that he was ready to be picked up! I left ! I felt like it was total disregard for my time as I told the front desk I was only here for the cleaning time frame(as they assured me the day before) and had to pick my husband up!

Not this time, they told me exactly that what they were going to do and there was no surprise bill at the end of my Appointment. I went back there to see them and asked for the solution of my pain after started after the cleaning. They took x-ray again and just told me it is due to deep cleaning and it will go away within a week. but after almost total six week it did not go away completely but started last week very bad. So finally decided to visit Dr. Rajesh and find out what is going on for my upper left teeth. It was very easy to get the appointment quickly. They took my few x-rays for my teeth. Dr. Rajesh look came after the x-rays and look at the areas of my teeth pain and told me the root cause of the pain with confidence. Also suggest the treatment for this issue. They have very high tech laser machine which is very few dental clinics carries. Dr. Rajesh know the art of finding the root cause and precise treatment plan to get the patient out of pain with the best solution. He explain the treatment before starting the procedure and did with very diligently and it went very smoothly. After one day of this treatment today morning I woke up without any pain and feels normal now. Great respect for his expertise in dental and impressive bed side manner. They do offer gas for anxious patients, but most of all, they offered kindness and patience. Once the area was numb, the drilling, filling, and filing took less than 10 minutes. Headphones may be worn to help with the drilling noise and there were no sharp edges or uncomfortable protrusions on the final filling.

When I first walked in the doctor and the reseptionist were sitting in complete darkness in the entire building. The doctor walked to the back for what I thought was prepping for my appointment while I filled out the new patient paperwork. He then sat me on a chair in the back of the building where it was completely dusty and tools and machines and mixing bowls and all sorts of dental items literally everywhere all over the counter. The tool tray that holds that sharp tools that are supposed to be sanitized (which he pulled out completely brown bag that weren't sealed anymore and looked like the bags and felt like they were 20 years old) everything was covered in dust. He wasn't wearing gloves at all or when he shoved the X-rays films in my mouth which he also hand washed in front of me, he kept wiping his hands on his clothes and then touching things. When I asked him if he was cleaning me in the chair that he took the X-rays in that was missing tools, had tools that were not cleaned or covered properly, and had dust on them... he replied why wouldn't I? And I said you're not touching me, this is completely unsanitary. They both tried to argue with me and say that everything was onclaved and sanitary up to TDLR and the receptionist tried to be smirky with me like I was dumb and she was laughing at the fact that I called literally everything out. If I would have stayed, and let him touch my mouth.... I definitely would end up with an infection. I walked out, I never have had to walk out of a dr. Office before either. Anyone can walk in there and see how disgusting and insanitary this office is and probably why he was sitting in the completely dark office.. he has no patients because he's not following protocols and guidelines. I also reported this office to the TDLR and insurance group that I found them through, no one should risk walking in this office at all until he chooses to follow guidelines and protocols.
