My favorite dentist I have ever been to!! The staff well what can I say they are the best!! If your looking for a dentist for yourself and kiddos this would be the best in Lake Jackson! They have a separate room for kids when they go in to make it comfortable for them! It's nicely decorated!!! The environment is pleasant, very calm and friendly! When I walked in, I already knew I was in the SPOT! The right one at that! As for my cleaning well let me just say the job they did on me was PERFECT! I have been to several dentist in my lifetime for myself and children and wow! These friendly people did such a great job helping me feel very comfortable throughout my visit! Shut this location down already. They are money hungry and do not care about their patients. They do not care about overcharging you for their "service". They do not care about your pain...emotionally, physically, financially, etc They do not care about your teeth cosmetically. They have no problem applying the wrong color enamel to your teeth (caps). And with any procedure you are having done they use actual force to make you feel you have only the options they are suggesting. They WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE SERVICE EXPECTED...THIS IS AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT TRULY DOES NOT CARE. What I am stating here is not solely from my own experience, this also from hearing the experiences of friends, family members, co-workers and acquaintances...it is ongoing, long before this crazy pandemic. Every year they host an event to give free dental to people who would normally not get dental or be able to afford it. They have dentists and staff from all over come help. This is a great example of people who care and give back to their community. Keep up the good work. read more

I went to the dentist for the first time in 4 years due to lack of no insurance and someone told me to go to All Smiles, simply for a cleaning... well I had 2 cavities right next to each other and the lady doctor (don't remember her name) "fixed" it up for me. I don't know what she did or how she did it but I do know that my gum and teeth where she "fixed" it shouldn't be throbbing with pain and this was back on around June 10th that I got it done and it is now August 23rd. So from my experience I don't recommend, super friendly staff though! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Norris for 20 years. Because I did not take particularly good care of my teeth when I was young, I've probably needed more work than the average person. Dr. Norris and his staff are friendly and professional, caring and compassionate. On occasion I have been in quite a bit of pain when I arrived at the office, and they have done everything they could to quickly relieve the pain and fix the problem. Scheduling generally runs very smoothly, and I have rarely sat in the waiting room more than 5 minutes before being taken back. I particularly appreciate Dr. Norris' conservative approach to treatment. I had been to another dentist, who always chose the most elaborate and expensive approach to treating any problem. Even when insurance paid for it and the money wasn't coming out of my pocket, I didn't appreciate being pushed into such extravagant treatment. In contrast, Dr. Norris will start with a more conservative approach, and move on to more elaborate treatment only if necessary. I am very pleased with the care and treatment I have received from Dr. Norris and his staff, and would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. read more

Worst dental experience ever. I made an appointment for a procedure. Waited for over an hour after to only be told it would not able to be done today. Dental hygienist decided to conduct a cleaning exam despite my objections to do so. Would rather be seen by a third world dentist in a dark alley at night. read more

I had such a great experience with All Smiles! Everyone was so kind and friendly. They make you feel important and take the time to get to know you. Becca was awesome at doing my cleaning, very thorough and so nice to explain everything as she worked. Dr Spencer did my exam and was very gentle and kind, and explained the results very well. Dr Vernor did my fillings and I was amazed at how gently and quickly she worked. It was the most painless dental experience a I've ever had, and the end results were excellent. The assistants, Chrystal, Jasmine and Brenda, were so sweet and easy to talk with. I'm so excited to have found a place that actually makes going to the dentist enjoyable! I (and my 3 kids and wife) went to All Smiles for about 7 years and always had a great experience. Dr. Norris & the hygienists were all great. About 6 months ago I needed a crown, so they gave me a price of somewhere in the $750 range for a cerac crown with a 5 year warranty (after stating the contacted my insurance company). I agreed and signed for that price and paid the full amount. About 2 months later I received an additional bill stating I had a past due amount of over $300. When I contacted all smiles they stated the insurance company paid less than expected and there was no way they could have known that. I contact my insurance company and they paid the exact percentage they have listed. They also stated all smiles never contacted them to get a pre-approved percentage. I paid the additional amount and found another dentist in the area. It is a shame because I really liked the staff. read more

I was a patient over 2 years at all smile. Just a year ago I asked about a program called clear correct which was similar to invisiglin and Dr Norris said since i didn't have much correcting to do then clear correct would be a better fit then actual braces. They talked so high about this program stating that usually it takes 6 months and then I would be out of them. Well after many different appoints due to trays not matching my teeth and having to order new trays a year had past by and I was STILL in these clear correct tray. On the last appointment day they called me to tell me they were going to release me as a patient due to me voicing my opinion on how unhappy I was with the CLEAR CORRECT program. So instead of finishing the what they started they decided to cancel my trays and leave me with an unfinished mouth or dental work that they started. The staff that took care of me when I had appointments were very friendly just the products that they offer is not worth the wasted time! read more
